There are some different theories within Taj Mahal construction and the common theories about the Taj Mahal. One of them is that Shah Jahan instructed the artisans to cut off their hands in order to be ensured that no one can similar monument ever designed and constructed again. Therefore, they asked to cut off the hands of the Taj Mahal Development. There is no other evidence to back this story.
The second myth thought that Shah Jahan had an inspiration for creating another mahal lie for his own monument. He never thought about having his memorial included in the present mausoleum. He dreamt of having devoted himself to a stunning back mausoleum. Creating it on the other side of the Jamuna River and they linked both monuments across a bridge. The black mausoleum story is indeterminate yet, it cannot be said with certainty what was the wish of Shah Jahan. However, inside the garden the black marbles raised questions.
In addition, another claim was made that Taj Mahal was actually a Hindu temple and was named a Shiva Temple and Taj Mahal being 300 years older than Emperor Shah Jahan's rule, but according to the ASI, there is no evidence that there has ever been a Hindu temple in the location where the mausoleum now stands.
Another controversy that Taj Mahal was a perfect marvel, but it actually is not. The Taj's central lobby ceiling having a tiny low space. It was assumed that one of the Craftsmen left the opening to build a fault and ruin the Shah Jahan's vision of making it great. The artisan used to doing that when he has to understand Shah Jahan's planned to amputate all the artisans after the construction was completed. In many ways, the Taj Mahal is also a wonder. There is a well-liked belief that the Taj's colour changes depending on the time of day as well as the sky's condition. During first morning hours, it looks pinkish and in the evening, it is milky white. Night-time, the mausoleum gives off a lightweight blue hue.
Another idea was thought that her body was buried in two separate locations after Mumtaz Mahal's death until it was eventually placed inside the Taj Mahal. She was actually buried in Burhanpur right after her death and then moved her body to Agra and was buried for 12 years inside the mausoleum complex. Besides these misconceptions about the Taj Mahal, at that point, made contentious issues even concerning the construction of the mausoleum. Many cannot understand the reasoning behind the need to build a mausoleum at that level.
The Taj Mahal was, without doubt, the most successful project of that period and at that stage, Mughal was one of the world's leading prosperous empires. Nonetheless, it is a matter of considerable debate whether the Shah Jahan Empire had the power to carry this mega project to these expenses. By the end of Shah Jahan's rule, the Mughal treasury had become very empty, with the construction of the mausoleum and other expensive projects.
