The Controversial Personality of Marilyn Manson

Because of his controversial moments and the wonderful person he is, Marilyn Manson is very known around the world. He does not believe in religion as many people do, which has been an important fact in his career. In his music, he talks about topics that are sensible for many people which, ironically, have made him more popular. Marilyn has a very positive mindset though he is very dark, and he believes in the importance of human´s feelings. Despite how different his life was as a kid, Marilyn Manson has always been a very controversial but happy and incredible person and musician.

One of his most controversial moments was when he let the world know that he was a member of a satanic church. Nobody imagined that he was a member of the satanic church since he shows that he is a very happy and optimistic person every time he speaks; his words are always full of love to life and good energy making the idea that he was in a satanic church difficult to believe. In his childhood, Marilyn Manson went to a nondenominational Christian school which changed his way of seeing life. At that church, he listed and saw how people would talk about how wrong other religions interpreted the Bible. He, then, started learning about Revelations. Even though his father was a member of the Catholic Church and her mother was Episcopal, his beliefs are very different nowadays. He believes in human nature and says that what is considered a sin in this world is simply human, for example, to be greedy, to be hateful, or to be lust. Though one of his most controversial moments was when he let the world know that he was a member of a satanic church, he is not defined by the questionable moment.

Marilyn Manson is not afraid of changes, and it is noticeable as a result of his self-confidence. To be one of the greatest rock performers was an absolutely hard challenge for Marilyn. He completely changed his image to look stunningly dark and creepy. On his music videos, he usually appears with some image changes, for he likes to reinvent himself for his fans. Furthermore, he is always willing to try new things in his life. For example, the topics in his songs are sometimes taboo which he is always opened to talk about. His self-confidence to express himself comes from the belief that every single thing he does is human. He stands for the beliefthat making mistakes is only natural. Since Marilyn Manson is not afraid of changes, he shows his self-confidence as a result.

Even though he is a very dark looking man, he really enjoys and love life. He always encourages people to take care of themselves. For example, he is a huge fan of alcohol drink absinthe since he believes it is very harmful for physical and emotional health. Also, in most of his interviews, he is very cheerful and full of energy. Marilyn shows his lovely personality, for he likes to make clever jokes about his curious thoughts. After all, it is well saying that his lust for life it is not overshadowed by the very dark looking image he has.

Although his curious image makes a first big wrong impression, Marilyn Manson is one of the most caring people in the music industry. His statements about life in his songs can be polemical, but those make him the person he is and show what he stands for; people may believe he is just a bad person. However, he has shown he is a person who has feelings and things to care for in this life as anyone else. Because of his controversial and optimistic personality, Marilyn Manson will never be unnoticed.
