The Different Kinds of Drivers

We’ve all experienced the kinds of drivers we see on the road. There is the ugly driver, the bad driver, the good driver, and the new driver. For most people, we just want to get to our destination as fast as we can but we all have our own ways of getting there. First of all, we have ugly drivers. These are the drivers that never obey traffic laws, go on a red light, and never seem to be concerned about the safety of others. They are considered to be the worst drivers out of all three groups. Once they get on the road, they never stop paying attention to their surroundings. They can be unpredictable when swerving in between different lanes. When they are at a stoplight and the light turns green, drivers from behind honk viciously. Oftentimes, they turn on their turn signal but never bother to change lanes.

Secondly, we got bad drivers. These drivers often try to get to work in the middle of rush hour. Sometimes on the road, you can visually see them do the exact same things as the ugly drivers but less reckless. Bad drivers want to go to their destination without having to care about anyone in their surroundings so they will most likely end up getting into a car accident if they are not too careful. They can sometimes speed past the speed limit and can end up getting tickets from the police. You should always avoid these drivers as they can often be very unpredictable so it’s best to avoid them. These kinds of drivers would only want to do what they want to do, not Nguyen 2 obeying the laws of driving on the road.

Nevertheless, they’re often reckless and would usually involve answering a call on their phone or texting. These consequences can be life-threatening and that if you choose to text and drive, you may end up losing your life or the lives of others. Furthermore, we have good drivers. These are the drivers that always follow the rules while on the road. They obey traffic laws and signs, checking in their rear mirrors before switching to a different lane. In addition, they respect other drivers that share the road. Their personality is great and is always courteous to everyone else. They always would receive driving lessons from their instructor and once they practice, then they will become really good drivers. Because them rarely getting into car accidents, they always get to their destination on time without any troubles.

They don’t always go on their phones or anything a bad driver would usually do. These are people who care about others on the road and to become a good driver, you have to practice to become one. Without practice, you can be a visual treat on the road. Up next, we have the new drivers. These drivers can often be mistaken as drunk drivers. These new rookies on the road are having their first time behind the wheel without the supervision of an adult. Since these drivers have passed their driver’s test, they can freely do whatever they want, choosing either to obey or not obey the law. It is up to them to decide what they want to do. Some of the common traits that they have are swerving between multiple lanes and going either slow or fast. Nguyen 3When it comes to driving on the road, there can be consequences.

For example, if you go over the speed limit on the road, the police can have the right to pull you over and issue you a ticket. Tickets can be very costly depending on the situation. While on the road, road rage can often be a dangerous thing to do on the road. Sometimes a driver would act aggressive and go up against another driver. With these things occurring, they can most likely get into a car accident with multiple cars. Thus, this is the resulting reason why bad driving behavior can be sporadic or irrational. In addition, being under the influence of alcohol is as dangerous as road rage and texting combined. People who drink alcohol are often most likely to get into a car accident in the late afternoon. When alcohol enters your body, it can affect many different organs.

For instance, your liver begins to process the alcohol in order to remove the acidity that is contained within the drink. If an individual were to drink a lot of alcohol, the results can be devastating as the alcohol enters throughout the entire body. When you’re on the road, your reaction time is greatly reduced and vision is often blurred. Think about what decisions you make and how that can impact not only yourself but to other drivers that share the road with you. In conclusion, we should always be polite and considerate to each other while on the road. If we cannot identify each driver as an equal person, then we will always do bad decisions. After all, we are all humans and should continue to share the road so that it will be easier for all of us to be safe.
