The Effect of Cristiano Ronaldo as a Football Model

The personality of Cristiano Ronaldo has brought a significant impact in my soccer career. It is with high regards that I decide to express the impact Cristiano Ronaldo brought to my learning life as a role model. Cristiano Ronaldo is a football player playing for Real Madrid club a great Spanish football club and Plays forward position in the Portugal National team. My current state in soccer is out of his outstanding playing skills and his great qualities which inspired me towards being a good soccer player. It was on 15th October 2010 when I had gone to watch a soccer match between Real Madrid F.C and Barcelona.

The match was an outstanding show of skills and experience, and that’s when I saw the great show of skills from Cristiano Ronaldo who played forward position for Real Madrid F.C. since I was young, I had been playing soccer with my friends and even during school competitions but I had not thought of making it a hobby and something I would like to continue doing after school. Watching Cristiano Ronaldo play inspired me and made me make a stand decision of striving towards bettering my skill in soccer. I decided to make him my role model and follow his footstep towards being a great player and even being a role model for other young players. Cristiano Ronaldo is an outstanding player whom every other player wishes to be like him. He is a polite individual who does not look down upon other people and respects his fans without any doubt. There is no time Cristiano has refused to sign an autograph for his fans and even allows people to interact with him even though his security details does not allow it.

According to the way Cristiano Ronaldo carries himself in and outside the football pitch has made him the greater player he is right now. It has brought him to a point where he is known to be one of the greatest football players ever existed and was named the greatest player in sport and football federation. He is a disciplined player who rarely crosses lines with other players from other clubs while playing in the field and also maintains a good relationship with his teammates. Everyone loves him because of the way he handles himself in the field, and his social life is full of values to adopt and employ in the real life. From this I have learnt that discipline is the core value that must be displayed at all times for one to be successful in whatever they do. Also, while trying to better my playing skills, I have learnt a lot from watching youtube videos that display Cristiano Ronaldo’s workouts and his dribbling skills. They are amazing skills and workouts that range from simple to quite hardest workouts I had ever seen. After watching what Cristiano Ronaldo goes through to play as he does, I have learnt that success comes out of hard work. Therefore, I started working on my skills following the Cristiano Ronaldo’s videos showing how he practices in the field and when alone and I really made a great improvement to an extent that my couch put me in the first 11 players for our team.

I have learnt a lot from Cristiano Ronaldo’s techniques in the field as well as trying to avoid creating grudges with other players has tremendously improved my football skills and how I relate to my fellow team members and players from other clubs. I have learnt to work hard to learn new skills and to keep fit so a to be a better as it is clear that no matter how talented someone is, he or she must put an effort to display his talent by exercising and maintaining a healthy living. Also, I learnt to encourage teamwork and creating good relationship with other players made because success is achieved with the presence of greater coordination between the members of the team. For example, when Cristiano Ronaldo was in Manchester United F.C, he won several trophies as well as currently while he is in Real Madrid. This was only possible because of the fact that he always strived towards ensuring that there is a better relationship between his team members as his Manchester United coach Alex Ferguson asserted. Therefore, this has taught me to strive towards creating greater personality out of myself and ensuring that the members of my team are relating in a way that there is no disagreement between the team members thus enabling us to a competitive team. I have also learnt to be a greater listener by carefully following what the coach asks me to do and that plays my role in the field without causing mayhem in the field.

All the above few aspects of Cristiano Ronaldo has really made him one of the greatest players in football that had inspired me greatly towards becoming a better player than I was before he became my role model. From his soccer career, I have learnt to be myself as well as trying to employing his skills and moral being which have worked for me as my playing skills has really improved with great performance. Hence, his soccer personality has significantly impacted my soccer career in that I have greatly improved my soccer skills from what I learnt by carefuly studying they way he relates with himself as well as every other individuals.
