Secondary groups is known to be a sociable interactive community which is considerable and more complex before a primary organization. Some groups are in different structures according to the categories of primary groups, social communication in secondary organization develops fragile impulsive ties. This can overlap to a phase and reduce the duration to connect precise dimensions of motion. As most people in a group continue to have casual contact with one another. According to Max Weber, he has acknowledged two forms of the organization compared to other categories of crowds and social gatherings accept a simple presence of a community that is stratified. Some social groups are more outgoing and more interactive to cooperate to complete activities in different seminars than others are reserved and quiet. Furthermore, Weber explains how bureaucracies are better kind of secondary sources because one of the aspects is the inability in proportion of having a larger bureaucracy is complicated for leaders to correspond with each other. (Brym 2019: 87) In my opinion, independent class group projects are beneficial in a secondary environment because I prefer to work at my own paste rather than enlighten my group members, an ability to understand the task on my own, and students have more success on working on their own objectives rather than in groups.

In my experience, I can describe the secondary group as individuals who are more likely to be independent rather than dependent within each other. Secondary groups are important as the primary groups because even though we may not acquire dependency within one another, but we can still achieve our ambition and termination in establishing the fragment well organized to shape the bigger picture.
In my personal view, I’ve always worked at my own pace rather than the group members I get assigned with for a project. Instead, it makes me feel comfortable having my own space to focus on the assignment. It is disturbing in my opinion, to work with others because a group can provoke hesitation to obtain various assumptions and perspectives it can be challenging to find a common passion for everyone to be equivalent. An example of a stereotype in my situation of a class group project would be similar according to an independent class group project where you have the skill to be creative to build the project in your own way without anyone making a judgment call on your task this is not right or wrong.
Most people I've worked with had a particular mindset of how they needed things to go their method, instead of valuing my point of view. Thus, independent class group projects are beneficial to the secondary environment since I prefer to work at my own paste rather than enlighten my group members.

An independent class group research activity is an excellent norm that we can apply to stay focused on a task to expand our knowledge and principles or brainstorm my thoughts facing toward the concepts that I've learned in class. I have an appropriate imagination to use in a certain situation which will make it effective to target the assignment in a moral prospect.
Although, It is very important to take the responsibility to comprehend the content on your own which revolves in a social structure as an individual myself; that certainly is capable of distinguishing a creative pathway to exceed to a different level. This helps me to build up my determination while performing a spectacular learning orientation to prosper my own structural theories. Students are approved on their original assignment and learning in which as a result define how good they observe in class and they are criticized on the certain task given.
Some students tend to neglect their efforts into achieving their destination due to lack of peer pressure or family friends cause them to feel doubtful about the faculty to open exceptional career opportunities for undergraduates. Therefore, independent class group projects are beneficial to secondary environments since I have an ability to understand the task on my own.
Lastly, independent class group projects are beneficial to a secondary environment because students have more success on working on their own objectives rather than in groups since their mind is focused on their task and they are most likely to finish the task quicker. As children, we maintain an understanding of a global perspective in our classrooms or lecture halls as we want to do better in our studies to reach your self-consciousness to have a wide experience of the real world. In modern societies, we see globalization in a diverse circumstances against socially impaired features of low civilizations. However, students in different global aspects tend to work independently preferably than others in a secondary group may motivate their emotions to feel low self-esteem or lack of commitment in working together in a group. Thus, independent class group projects are beneficial to a secondary environment due to students have more success on working on their own objectives rather in groups.
