Academic Stress among children has increase due to student feel parent’s pressure and peer pressure. This resulted harmful effect to the student who experience it. Student did not be able to handle the burden of pressure leading them to different kind of mental health problem like depression, anxiety and the worst is suicide students will take away their life. This requires immediate attention by the parents and other facilitator in school they should create strategies so that the student can’t think to take suicide. To save youth from such harmful effect of the academic stress, they should enhance an activity that will captures youths’ attention and encourage them to enhance their capabilities. Every individual should create a friendly and healthy environment.
An Indian society is known for its value system. The education structure of India is a workbook oriented. That focuses on cramming of lesson. Many psychiatrists have articulated their apprehension leading to high accuracy of deaths by committing suicide. Students in India are ask to visit psychiatrist for school. The reason behinds this could be pressure of parents, friends and in themselves. They fear to fail their parents and friends leads to adolescence having constant failure in academic. Adolescene experience compitetion and tention towards themselves and others. Other people fail to reach the expectation of their parents and friends this leads them to anxiety and depression. Therefore as an individual we suggest that parents should be aware if their children feel upset and they will help the child finding her/him interest like singing, dancing, drawing etc. They will enrol their children in a workshop. Advice and guide them so they won’t feel any mental health problem because parents should be the one noticing the behaviour of their children. Let them make their decisions in life just make sure to guide them; the child will feel more confident and will be capable of being independent. Awareness of academic stress Adult should encourage students in home or in school. In every learning institute adults should have different strategies on home to cope up with mental health.
