Informal Education is a kind of learning that help us to learn many important things which make us able to lead our effectively, it doesn’t have structured way of learning like well structured curriculum and assessment methods.

The Characteristics of Informal Education

  1. Never organized way of learning
  2. Learning take place when we living in the group, Community and etc.
  3. No mental stress on the learner
  4. No age limit
  5. It is a process of self learning and etc.

I think Informal Education doesn’t put any mental strain on the learner and it doesn’t have any age limit and Objectives to achieve are most important. Since learning is a lifelong process it has to take place from birth till death, Informal learning provides us with chances to learn many things, which we don’t know from our younger ones, for example learning how to use a Smartphone from youngsters and many more.

Informal Education doesn’t have any way of assessment method or exams so it doesn’t put any stress on the learner by providing all the freedom to learn more things with no time limit, without any assignments and no objectives achieve.
