The Bible
The Bible is made up of both the Old and New Testaments. It is the inspired Word of God and in the original writings or autographs were without error. The Bible was written by God through people with the guidance of the Holy Spirit without infringing on any of the writers styles or characteristics. (2 Tim. 3: 16; 2 Peter 1: 21).
God
Is infinite, perfect and all-knowing Spirit. (John 4: 24) He is one in essence existing in three Persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28: 19; 2 Corinthians 13: 14).
Jesus Christ
He preexist with God and the Holy Spirit. (John 1: 13) Born by virgin birth (John 1: 14; Matthew 1: 1823), lived a sinless life (Heb. 4: 15), died a substitutionary death on the cross (2 Cor. 5: 21), was bodily resurrected (Luke 24: 36-43), ascensended into heaven (Heb. 4: 14-16), and is coming again (Acts 1: 11). He is also the conduit in which all creation was made in a literal six day period (John 1: 3;
Col 1: 16; Gen 1: 1-2: 1).
Holy Spirit
His personality (John 16: 7-15), and deity (Acts 5: 34), and His indwelling of every believer (1 Corinthians. 12: 13; Rom. 8: 9) and empowering believers in their Christian life and service (Eph. 3: 16; Acts 1: 8; Gal. 5: 22-23).
Man
Created in the image of God (Gen. 1: 26-28). His fall into sin resulting in spiritual death (Gen. 3: 124; Rom. 5: 12) and need of a spiritual new birth for his salvation (John 3: 35).
Salvation
Eternal salvation is by God’s grace alone received as a free gift through faith alone in Jesus” work on the cross, His resurrection by God and is not based on our own works. (Eph. 2: 89; Titus 3: 57; 1 Peter 1: 18-19). All who by faith receive the Lord Jesus Christ are changed from children of wrath to children of God. (Eph 2: 3; John 1: 12).
The Church
The Church is the body and the bride of Christ (Eph. 1: 22-23; 5: 25-32), composed of believers of the present age (Church age) (1 Cor. 12: 1213). The organization of its members are for worship, edification of the saints, and evangelism. (Eph. 4: 11-16, Matt 28: 18-20). I believe that the dispensations are stewardships by which God administers His purpose on the earth through man under varying responsibilities. There should be no blurring or confusion of Israel and the Church; God deals with each group separately and distinctly. (Gen. 12: 1–3; John 1: 17; Acts 2; 1 Cor. 10: 32; Gal. 3: 19; Eph. 1: 10; Revelation 20: 1–7).
Christian Life
A Christian walk (personal relationship with God) consist of righteousness, good works and separation from the evil ways of the world (Rom. 12: 12), manifested by speaking the truth (James 5: 12), maintaining the sanctity of the home (Eph. 5: 22-6: 4), settling differences between Christians according to the Word of God (1 Cor. 6: 18), showing a Christ-like attitude towards everyone (Rom. 12: 17-21), exhibiting the fruit of the Spirit (Gal. 5: 22-23) and maintaining a life of prayer (Eph. 6: 18; Phil. 4: 6).
Ordinances
Christians should observe the ordinances of our Lord Jesus Christ, which are:
Satan
Satan was created by God as a perfect cherub. He is described as being wise and completely righteous yet pride became his downfall (Ez.28: 12-18), he is also the great adversary of God and His people (Rev. 12: 1-10). He will be judge and thrown into the lake of fire (John 12: 31; Rev. 20: 10).
Secondcoming
The personal, visible, and imminent return of Christ to remove His church from the earth before the tribulation (1 Thess. 4: 16-17; 1 Thess. 5: 9), and after the tribulation will physically descend with the Church to establish His millennial kingdom upon the earth (Rev. 19: 11-20: 6).
Future Life
The conscious existence of the dead (Phil. 1: 21-23; Luke 16: 19-31). Resurrection of the body (John 5: 28-29). The rewards and eternal life of the saved (John 3: 16; Rom. 14: 10-12; 2 Cor. 5: 10) and the judgment and eternal punishment of unbelievers (Rev. 20: 11-15; Matt. 25: 46; Revelation 20: 15).
Bibical Marriage
God’s exclusive model for marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment. Marriage provides the framework for procreation and is God’s foundation for the family. All other marriage practices (same sex, polygamy) are sinful and outside of God’s revealed will. (Gen. 1: 27,28, 2: 18-25,Lev. 18: 22-24, Prov. 5: 15-23, Matt. 5: 27,28, Rom. 1: 24-32, 1 Cor. 5: 9-13, 6: 9-11, Eph. 5: 22-33)
