Life is a challenge from the day a person is born into the world trying to find their way. Waking up every day trying to figure out is this what a person is meant to do in life. Striving to be the best or achieved wealth, respect, or social celebrity. Life is a challenge in the world we live in today with so many pears competing for the same thing in life. What is success and what does it mean to be successful? The road map to being successful is not easy in life and the obstacle are harder than a person can imagine to reach a person maximum potential in life. The difference between disappointment and being successful is not giving up on the challenges, but rather, the drive to overcome them.

What is success and what does it mean to be successful? Many people believe that being successful is being wealthy. Being successful means to accomplish a finished dream or planned dream. Additionally, success can be a positive public position that defines a well-off person that could also have increased fame from its fortunate outcome. The task of being successful in life is dictated by the person and their hard work in life. It hard to define success because it different for each person. But if a person doesn’t know what success is how can a person achieve it? The main problem with people who want to be successful is not that can’t achieve success. The main problem is that they misunderstand what is success. Most people believe to be successful that a person has to be wealthy as Donald Trump, have the physique of Michael B Jordan, the intelligence of Barack Obama, the athletic ability of Lebron James. Many of us picture success as looking like one other than who we are.

Probably the most common misunderstanding about being successful is that it the same as having money (Maxwell, 2006, p. 6). A lot of people believe if they get a lot of money they will be successful. But having money does not bring happiness or success. Money make a person greedy and they can’t get enough of it. Wealth is never satisfied and it will run a person crazy. After a person reaches a certain point in life money becomes unimportant. Success is what a person is passionate about becoming in life and in their career. A person that has job is unpassionate about it but a career a person is passionate about it. They get up every day and have a drive at work to do their best. When being successful a person must first find out what they have a desire to do in life. We begin learning the immediate day we are born and never rest until the day we die. If a person motivation is improving, themselves, and gaining knowledge their motivation will always be fueled with information toward their dream. Always keep thinking about new idea of what an individual can learn along the way that can help them advance.

When being successful an individual is happy to learn everything about a position. Gaining knowledge in the process of calculating new information, facts, and skills to what they already know will help them to improve upon their current set of skills. The information learned is then applied to their current life and they use it to make choices to move forward in success. We go through increasingly complex levels of learning as we become more skillful in our chosen fields of expertise. This accomplishment of learning material forms a track history for them to follow and be happy and satisfied as they possibly can. With being comfortable at a job a person is successful and content with any situation in life. Without the right information a person can’t move forward and they might end up with, immoral decisions, loss of a career, bad wellbeing, and several other situations that aren’t too favorable. Getting properly trained in their dream job will excel them into a better life. With being successful a person has to make sacrifice to follow their dream. They also must have a balance between work and life.

If a person think being successful is working they will work their self to death. Understanding how this population manages work-life expectations could have important implications for productivity, retention, and the development of a more successful work environment in life (Wilk, 2016, p. 37). That's why it's important to stay in shape to keep their body healthy and strong enough to permit them to do the things that motivate them whether that's traveling for business or visiting their children. The goal is to be fit enough that they don't have to say "no" to anything they want to do in life. Family ties are the closet relationships they should have in their life to balance the stress no matter how challenging things get at work. Family members are really part of their support system and they’ll never miss them more then when they’re at the lowest point. Finding balance keep a person happy and chasing their dream of being successful. Having a best friend around that get along with everybody and that can be trusted. Help with living a healthy extensive life. A good friend helps a person with staying positive and on track to being successful through the hard time of life.

For a lot of people, the goal of being healthy in a work life balance seems like an impossible dream to success. When it come to a person career and dream there never an enough time to do everything. There twenty-four hour in a day with finding that balance a person can’t study, work, and do everything and steal have enough energy to stay positive. With so many of us torn between managing extensive work capacity, managing family responsibilities, and following their career interests, it's no wonder that more people aren’t stressed. That really is no balance at all. In their rush to “get everything all done” at work and at the household, it’s easy to overlook their stress levels and work productivity falling. We need a certain amount of stress to help us do are best but the key is have a equilibrium between the two. All too frequently, individuals think that to be successful, they need to make the career of success their life. Eventually they may burn out and can’t keep up with the pace of being successful.

With that being said never let being afraid of failure stop the person from following their dream. If an individual is resilience they will have the key ingredient to success. If an individual can figure out how to stay the course and get back on the passage after failure, they’ll go places in life toward their dream that they thought were impossible. If a person follows their dream of success failure is part of the road to success. An individual can fix failure. For any business woman with a measure of entrepreneurial spirit, failure is simply proof you’re putting yourself out there, you’re confident enough to try new things in hopes of big improvements and you’re thinking beyond the path of least resistance (ROWLING, 2016, p 19). An individual can’t fix the things they never tried. An individual can’t undo those things you never attempted in the first place. If they stop trying, they’ll always wonder about what could have been.

When it come to an individual goal and dream they can’t have any kind of regret. It is a heavy burden that a lot of people will bear because they played it safe, or maybe even been unsuccessful at a time or two and gave up. Only half of us are racing after our dreams, using our gifts and talents, and moving forward while appreciating the journey. Failure doesn’t have to be the ending verdict. Maybe failure is a symbol, a red flag that something is incorrect that needs to be corrected. Don’t run away from that error go and fix it! When an individual still thinks about failure from time to time, and that moment when they have two choices to keep going or quit. They keep going because they believed in their self and the mission, or quit and walk away a failure with my tail tucked between my legs. When confronted with the prospect of failure, an individual only has three choices: Fight, Flight or Freeze. The decision they make can very well set the priority for the rest of their career. Individuals who are afraid of failure tend to operate within their comfort zones. If a person wants to grow, they have to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. In time, being uncomfortable becomes easier day by day.

With the thought of failure beginning to get easier and accepting failure as pushing stone. It all comes down to following your dreams. Whatever an individual is passionate about and can see their self-doing the rest of their life is a dream. An individual’s dream is the reason for the way they are. A person dream is not an accident. An individual’s dream is who they are as a person on their road to success. An individual should always go for their dream. Their dream gives them a sense of life and meaning, and drive them on into their chosen future Everybody has goals and dreams. Following their dream gives an individual’s life focus, and the dream can be anything they want it to be that successful. In fact, it could be being a janitor, running a cash register at Mc Donald’s or maybe even being the Vice President of the United States. Whatever it is, if it is meaningful to them, and not damaging to them self or others, go ahead and follow it!

It’s never the right time; there too busy with “real” life; they lack inspiration or currency. Following something so far-off outside the land of their current reality can seem scary, frightening, and chancy. But in actuality, not acting on a life dream can also be harmful to their health. “The energy it takes to ignore an inner longing is greater than the leap of faith it takes to move you in the direction of your dreams,” says Aruni Futuronsky, senior life coach at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, in Stockbridge, Mass: (Kallenbach, 2018). “As individuals take steps to fulfill their goals, they feel better physically, have more energy and become more emotionally alive. ” When the openings to take their big jump might be closer than they can envision. So, whether your fantasy involves playing basketball like Lebron James or dribbling across the basketball court, they owe it to their self to reach for it. “Taking a chance on their self and tackling tests is crucial for growth. The safety of keeping small is not good enough for a person dream Following our dreams gives us life, strength, passion and becomes the purpose of our lives. We will feel more thrilled and attract more of the same to us. Without effort, with loving attention, when we find the dream of our destiny, and everything goes just as planned. It is belief, not a detailed design, that will feed our dreams and bring us to our destiny. With a person following their dream theirs one step closer to being successful. When being successful a person must give tough love to their self. Tough love is not about hurting ourselves or subjecting ourselves to discomfort for no reason. Motivation is a type of action and action carries results. Sometimes their actions fail to carry the results they want. Tough love is about giving ourselves what we need as opposed to what we want. It is about acting in our own long-term best interest. It is about living our truths and being in touch with our inner selves. Tough love requires of us bravery, strength, and discipline so they can be proud of themselves.

This is also about demanding the best from ourselves. Too often we let ourselves get away with too many things. We let ourselves be late for important appointments. We need to live up to the promises we make to ourselves. We make excuses ourselves when we were really just lazy or scared. Most of the time we try to get away with doing as least as possible. So, they prefer to be nice to themselves and not put in a tough situation. They wait for the perfect timing, for an opportunity, while you drive themselves into inactivity and sometimes even into depression. Get out there, challenge their self, do something that they want to do even if they are afraid. Being accountable also means we look first to ourselves as the basis and cause of our difficulties, never to somebody or something else. We often fib to ourselves unknowingly. Not because we have ill intentions, but because we want to guard ourselves from pain. Meaningless things and distractions will always be in there way, especially those easy, usual things they would rather do instead of concentrating on new interesting and meaningful projects.

Learn to focus on what is the most important thing to be successful. Write a list of time-wasters and hold their self-accountable to not do them until the job is done. Facing the truth sometimes requires hurt because it means letting go of our beliefs. When we suffer from hurt we then realize were we went wrong. But suffering in the quest of truth is the foundation of a deeply fulfilling life. Being honest with ourselves is difficult because we hate to judge ourselves. But it is also necessary for self-mastery. Only by continuously devoting to ourselves to reality and truth can we grow and evolve into joyful, successful people. The road to being successful is guidance and mentorship from a person to stay on track when they get confused on life. It's not ever too early or too late to find a mentor in your life. Whether it's a instructor, football coach, supervisor, family member or best friend, finding a mentor doesn't need to be tough. This should ideally be "a person with more experience in professionalism in life who can help them advance their abilities and skills while helping them prepare for new opportunities. " You'll benefit from frequently meeting with individuals who are willing to help them through their experience in both professional and personal. Having a mentor can give a person understanding on how they should react in certain times of poverty. Knowing that their mentor also went through challenging times can help them with the work you need to do.

When a person become successful they have to protect their self at all time. It’s easy to burn out when you are very successful. Self-efficacy is having the belief in your own ability to accomplish and exercise control over personally meaningful goals and tasks. People who have a stronger level of perceived self-efficacy experience less stress in challenging situations, and situations in turn become less stressful when people believe they can cope (Bandura, 1989). Observe yourself to recognize any signs of fatigue and take time to rest. Stress is often relatively short-term, and it is often caused by a feeling that work is out of control. They might experience stress several days in a row, especially when there working on a large project or under a tight deadline. Their body and brain need rest when they schedule relaxation and fun time into their weekly schedule.

Do assorted tasks, keep switching between something inspired and original, and still, working alone and with a group. Switch locations. Meditate, or just take deep breaths, close your eyes, or focus on one thing for ten minutes. When feelings of burnout start to occur, many individuals focus on short-term solutions such as taking a vacation. While this can certainly help, the relief is often only temporary. You also need to focus on strategies that will have a deeper impact, and create lasting change like exercising or yoga.

Conclusion

They will have an incredible advantage over people who do not know or who do not practice these procedures and strategies.
