Woke culture refers or define being aware or being well informed in a cultural sense more especially regarding the issues surrounding the marginalized communities. It also describe the issues of social Injustices and it is also at the center of many cultural debate. Woke culture is the alert to those injustice in the society more especially about the racism.

The first aspect of woke culture that we are dealing with as different communities is the social injustice. That is when the actions are taken that infringe upon group's right and then marginalise their opportunities or treat them unfairly. The role that social media platforms play to racism and hate speech is the impact of stigmatization or the prejudice or the deprivation of their rights and also humiliation. Social media can be a difficult and a hard place or platform to be in also depending on one's background. There are different and effective ways to take control when things are starting to get intense or uncomfortable or when they start to make one feel overwhelmed. Social media have different types of people some are bullying and others are stereotypes. These platforms have served as a venue for social activism for over a period of time.

The hate speech on social media violence are attributed to online hate speech being increased. These platforms also offer violent actors the opportunity to bully others and also express their hate of speech to affect those individuals with low self-esteem or low self worth. And force them to have anxiety or even fear for their lives or worse case scenario is that they commit suicide or even begin to self harm. Social media platforms have increased the rate which racist attacks are now becoming more advanced from the different races. The impact of social media that are negative have increased the risks of depression, anxiety, loneliness as well as self harm. These platforms may promote negative experience such as inadequacy about life or appearance.
