The Walt Disney Company (DIS), commonly known as Disney, is the best-loved media and entertainment company in the world, headquarter is located at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California. This company is the world’s second largest media conglomerate in terms of revenue, after Comcast. It was founded on October 16, 1923, by brothers Walt Disney and Roy O. Disney. By diversifying into live-action film production and television from the animation industry, Disney has created corporate division and operated a vast international entertainment empire in four business sections, including Disney Media Networks, Walt Disney Theme Parks and Resorts, Walt Disney Studio Entertainment, and Disney Consumer Products & Interactive Media.
Media network is a primary unit of The Walt Disney Company that includes various cable channels and broadcast TV networks, television production and distribution operations, and also owned the operated television stations and radio stations. Walt Disney landed in California in the late spring of 1923 with a lot of expectations however little else. His brother Roy took over the responsibilities at that time and then succeeded by an executive team in 1971. Finally, in 1983, Disney went international by the opening of Tokyo Disneyland.
