On the other hand, government can increase the food price so customers will things to minimize the food requirements. in some countries like UAE, they allow peoples who want to eat after the weeding or celebrations in the hotels and event halls in case of extra food. You could feeds the animals or bird from the remaining food or keep the clean food and give it to your naborehod or lab-ours around or to any peoples you know that they are suffering from the luck of food. Teaching the students in the schools, universities the best practice to finish their food and take only their requirements so they can help to spread this practices to their families as indirect way.
