I want to be the best person I can be so I continually set goals to challenge me mentally, physically, spiritually, and with tough decision or challenges I set even more goals to persevere. I try my best to stay balanced in these categories to make the happiest and healthiest me so that I can give back to others. I have to try my best at everything I do or I will regret it.
In school I stay motivated by trying to get the best mark possible. I ask for extra help when I don’t get something and make sure I do every assignment to my best so I feel like I earn those marks. I want to learn as much information in all subjects and possible so I can use these information later in my life. I have to put the time in sitting in class so I may as while put the time in doing the work so I don’t have to repeat the class. I work on improving my weak subjects to help me over all. In school I try to get the highest mark possible so I can choose what college I get to go to. I stay motivated physically but listening to inspiring upbeat music that makes me want to move. Even on off days were I am feeling sick I try eat right and get enough sleep. I believe it is important to take care of your body and respect it as without it you can’t really do anything. You should never take it for graduated and you constally have to work at it. I do not believe in competing what others look like but improving my time or how long can physically do something. One day I would like to be able to do a 5 km run for charity.
Spiritually I try to look on the positive. When facing a hard challenge, decision or task I think will this bring me closer to what I want. Am I doing everything I can to the best of my ability to get there. I believe we should help others and give back to the community so I involved that way. When I feeling down this helps me greatly know I helped somebody else and I really do make a difference even if it is small. I help in church and family also. I try to live out good morals and respect others. If you are not spiritually healthy than if affects the rest of your body by; thinking bad thoughts, which can cause bad actions, which could hurt you or others. Your soul is what controls mind and body and is most important. Daily I reflect on goals I made and task that I need to do. This helps me see what I doing good at and what improvement I still can make.
At the end of the day you will have made a difference, big or small, good or bad. I want to be remembered for the good things I did and set examples for others to follow. We can all improvement and help somebody in our life.
