Unemployment is the leading problem for every economy.Unemployment is a problem that occurs when a person who is actively searching for employment is unable to find work. Unemployment is most importance issue for economy.The method of measure unemployment rate is the which is the number of unemployed people divided by the number of people in the labor force.Unemployment is harmful because it imposes cost on society.
The cost of unemployement can be categorised 3 headings; first of all social cost of unemployement;many of the longer-term unemployed become bored,lose their friends and suffer from depression.Secondly;the cost of both voluntary and involuntary unemployement to the exchequer is more readily quantifiable than the social cost.And third so far as the economic cost is concerned,unemployement represents a waste of resources and means that the economy is producing a lower rate of output than it could do if there were full employment.
Some people in Turkey are unemployed despite being in the working age and desire. Unemployment brings with it both economic and social negative consequences in terms of the individual and the society in which he lives. In this respect, unemployment is a matter that is closely related to individuals and society. the unemployed and the importance of adequate social unemployed population yet a lack of economic security in Turkey is further increasing.
