What a wonderful day to have this opportunity and explain in this essay why mental health awareness is important. I am going to discuss it here, and now mental health is not the trick that people suffering from it use to get their attention. I don't think anyone understands how stressful it is to behave ok and always be sturdy when you are on the edge. Feelings of guilt, embarrassment, and fear prevent people with mental health problems from sharing their feelings with others. First, let us look at all the causes of mental health problems. Then, discuss why mental health should not be dismissed as a laugh. Finally, I'll explain why mental health is so important these days.
Why did mental health issues become so popular on social media and even TV? That is because, during this pandemic, teenagers faced different mental health problems in different ways. In addition, using gadgets and social media platforms may cause serious mental health problems, because it may trigger our anxiety and phobia. However, using social media is not the only thing that can cause mental health problems. There are a wide variety of factors that can cause mental health problems. The following factors that can affect a person's mental health include childhood abuse, trauma, social isolation, and lack of self-confidence. Mental health is not a ridiculous thing to make fun of others. Mental health is an important issue, as people may have suicidal thoughts if they cannot cope with the pain. It is inappropriate to make fun of someone's weaknesses, as you never know how that behavior affects them. Exploiting a person's vulnerabilities can lead to depression and anxiety, which can lead to the idea of suicide because of the pain they cannot tolerate. Consequently, be careful when dealing with people with mental health problems. Today, we need to pay attention to mental health. What we do may not be very beneficial when we are upset. Mental health is important because it influences how we think, feels, and act as we navigate our lives. It also affects how you deal with stress, interacts with others, and make decisions. Mental health issues should be seen as a condition caused by society and those around them, not as a person's deception to attract attention. People who suffer from mental health problems are the bravest. They face misery alone, and this does not mean that they do to please or feel compassion for others. Always be aware of your surroundings and help those in need of help. Even if they don't ask for it, they are just waiting for someone to claim's help. And those suffering from mental health problems will learn to distinguish who deserves the statement, who deserves just the answer, and who deserves absolutely nothing. Always remember that a person pretending to be happy when feeling the pain is just one example of your strength as a person.
We need to wake up and help ourselves to understand why mental health is a must mainly nowadays. Stop putting a blind eye and laugh at people who are suffering from it. I have one sample situation how people can be unbelievably mean, like, you go home and see someone talking loudly. In this era, perhaps the first thing to think about is talking over the phone or as a listener. They look closely and find that they are not. They are talking to themselves and seem upset. How are you? Do you approach the person and ask if they need help? Do you scream at the top of your lungs and run away? Or do you give himher a weird look and text your friends saying: Hey, if I die tonight, it's because of the crazy man at my bus stop?. Unfortunately, most people choose the last option, which is why our society is experiencing significant mental health problems. We can’t deny that sometimes it can be scary to see someone like that and I know not all people have a brave personality. But what concerns me, is the only thing that comes into one person's mind, when they're seeing this kind of human is either laughter or fear, but where’s the concern? Yes, it's right to make yourself safe but don’t ever mock someone's illness. Laughing on them will give you nothing, to be honest. Stigma for mental illness is on the rise, which is a serious problem as it harms mental illness and must be stopped. I want you to know that at least one of the people sitting close to you has suffered, is suffering, or will suffer from mental illness.
Mental health is a dominant factor. No matter what happens, maintaining our mental health improves our resilience and healing. A terrible day can happen to anyone, but that doesn't indicate they have a horrible life. It is critical to consider how you will react to this and how you will care for your mental health. At every stage of our life, mental wellness is paramount. It encompasses our overall well-being and has a variety of effects on our life. Many people are suffering from mental illnesses, if left untreated, leads to widespread disability. It keeps us from doing it daily, limits our abilities, and slows our progress. Unfortunately, disregarding mental health raises the risk of suicide. Mental health is crucial since it has an impact on all aspects of life. It has an impact on our ability to be content, productive, and coordinated. Within our society, mental health is a condition that is frequently mistreated. If someone has a mental health issue, stigma and shame make it more difficult for them to get care. But there is nothing to be ashamed of. It is not your fault that your brain is wired the way it is. But we act as if it's our fault and dismiss its significance. Mental illness is also misunderstood by those who have never dealt with it. We must face our difficulties and teach others about them. We all be living experience specialists. There is a range of how we perceive things. You may lose control temporarily, but you may restore control in the long run. Alternatively, we may experience extremely high and low emotions and be unable to cope. We have the option of being in the middle. The problem can be solved by leaving it unprocessed. That does not, however, imply that it is too late. It is possible to achieve anything. We give ourselves another chance to recall it when we remember it. Furthermore, if you want to improve your mental health, limit yourself on using gadgets and any social media platforms, since it will make your mental health worse. Stop questioning your worth and live your life like there’s no tomorrow.
Concisely, we should be sensitive to everything that we’re doing and saying. Always check your friends and family members because you will not know if they have mental health problems. Your words can be potent, so use them in a good way. Moreover, prioritize your mental health. You don’t have to struggle in silence in place use your voice to speak up about your feelings. I am promoting mental health awareness and opening everyone’s eyes to start aiming for the best. May all our wits and heart have a light to begin and create good things. I believe that there is a crack on everything, that’s how the lights get in.
