Military actions

The full-scale invasion started on February 24, when over a dozen of cities all over Ukraine suffered a missile strike at dawn. Since then, Russian troops have invaded Ukraine's southern and eastern regions. The northern Ukraine’s parts bordering Russia and Belarus were occupied too, but under the pressure of the Ukrainian army, the Russians were drawn out.

Since then, the Russians have been terrorizing the civil population in Ukraine. From the first days of the war, Russia started nuclear terrorism. Russian troops occupied two nuclear plants – the ill-famed Chornobyl and the NPP in Enerhodar, Europe's largest NPP.

Reaction of the world

The unprovoked war unleashed by Russia made the world community review its relationships with Russia. A row of states declared Russia a sponsor of terrorism. Countries dependent on Russia's gas and oil consequently refuse to buy them further. Russian sports teams are being abandoned from participation in international sporting contests. The cost of the victory will be high, but the ultimate outcome shall outweigh it, ensuring the peaceful future of the next generations both in Ukraine and Europe.
