Should every school give students one period for gym everyday? Students are being lazy now. Most of the time students are sitting in the classroom. They don’t like to move their body. Also, students like to eat junk foods and drinking a lot of unhealthy drinks. Student are still growing, they should do something keep their body healthy. Exercise is the best way to make students become more active and healthier. So I really suggest every school should give students one period for gym everyday.
Many people are unhappy with their body and want to change it by exercise. As stated in How Exercise Benefits Your Whole Body. “Exercise helps you keep your weight in check. It can mean you’re less likely to set disease like diabetes, high blood pressure, and some kinds of cancer.” I agree with this statement, because people are eating a lot of fast foods, so diabetes are becoming very common. The more fat in a person’s body, the bigger risk that they will develop diabetes and high blood pressure. If everybody takes time to go to the gym and exercise for a hour everyday, it not only help peoples’ bodies to look better, but also it will prevent people from getting different diseases.
Many students are out of spirits and feeling sleepy when they go to class. However, there are people getting hurt from over exercising. Exercise should be a part of your life, not your entire life.” I agree with this statement, because over exercise can cause injury to muscles. If the muscle is over exercised and not given enough time to rest and recover, the body will be damaged. Therefore, if people exercise to build up muscles, progress needs to take time. They should not rush to it. People can exercise, but you have to be careful not to hurt yourself. When one is feeling tired, one should stop and take a rest. In conclusion, I strongly suggest every school should give students one period for gym. Exercise will make their lives healthier, more active and happier. It is one of the most important things in our life. Everybody should take times to exercise to improve your mental health and physical health. When you get used to it, it will become your habit.
