Leading from the Inside Out

First and foremost I will ensure I lead from the inside out. It doesn’t make sense when one is giving orders while himself he doesn’t follow them. I would set a good example for my leadership team to enumerate. My style of leadership would be democratic in which the public would use their democratic right to give their say in the day to day running of the country.

Fighting Corruption

Secondly, I would kick out all the leaders who are found corrupt. This would ensure that public funds are safe from embezzlement. Vices like tribalism, racism, and ethnicity in the workplaces would be unheard of. I would make it mandatory to have at least half of the tribes we have in the country represented in a workplace. Corruption in the form of giving money to get favors would be treated as a crime with the perpetrator having to serve imprisonment. A leader who asks for money would automatically lose his or her job and face immediate judgment.

Addressing Poverty

Thirdly, It suddenness me when funds are channeled to pay for massive projects whereas some people are lavishing in total poverty. A country is one hence this means that we all need to shift our focus and sort out the problems our people are going through. Basic needs, such as food, shelter, and clothing, would be provided to each and every person.

Tackling Unemployment

Fourthly, I would ensure a retirement age is reached upon and once a person has attained that age he or she automatically retires. This would assist pave the way for jobs for the younger generation. Unemployment has been the greatest pandemic that is affecting our youths today; this leads them to commit crime and abuse drugs. I would at this moment ensure to create more job opportunities. Education system would be in such a way it prepares a student into a white-collar as well as blue-collar occupation. I would encourage art to be included in schools’ curriculum to ensure the youth’s talents are nurtured.

Improving Healthcare

Health sector would be very effective by ensuring each and every hospital has the capability to handle any condition a patient is suffering from. This would ensure that the cases of being referred to another hospital are very minimal, hence saving lives that would have been lost during transfers.
