Recently, the difference between religion and the government has caused a debate in concern for how much freedom citizens should have and how much freedom the government should provide. Some people say that the government should give everyone access to miss work for any important holiday of the year, as well as protecting business owners right to provide services just for people of their same religion. Other people say that the government should not be in control to debate this concern of religious liberty rather than allowing people to decide individually if that person what's a holiday off or not. However, it is important that the government should take in account that not everyone want to take holidays off and that some people could take advantage of the liberty they have and not make good choices. This is why the government should balance the time and restrictions for its country.

People think that the government should provide access to any holiday off of the year because they would find it beneficial for them to express themselves personally. Having a holiday off will allow them to be part of a family reunion and enjoy a time together as well as enjoying the traditions they have. At the same time business owners will be able to provide their services with the people they want. In general, It will provide each individual a way to de-stress themselves from work. However, having the liberal access to have all holidays off could also create a disbalance for each job. In addition, business owners would also take advantage of this situation and give services but discriminating other people from their services based on religion. If providing this benefit for the entire community, it will also create an injustice unbalance of the right state each religion has, for example, a student have the right to go to school, but he can't go because there is a holiday that he doesn't celebrate, it is injustice for him too not learn because of that. For many services, consumers that would also not get the services from business owners is also an injustice.

If the government didn't restrict anything or anyone on any religious holiday people would be more happy with the freedom they have provided. People that believe there shouldn't be any restrictions from the government believe it is a right for them to decide the options they have to take or not to celebrate any holiday depending on their religion. A strength in giving the opportunity for each individual to decide what to do in any holiday situation will give them access to also decide what is beneficial to themselves or not. More students that are willing to learn by going to school on a certain holiday or including their own holiday depend on the person and not the government. A weakness for people that have the opportunity to decide what they want to do for their holiday could also lead people taking advantage of the situation and getting holidays that are not for their religion, which could also provide a disbalance in a certain business or their own jobs.

As a result, it is important that the government takes the responsibility to decide certain restrictions for religions because some people could take advantage of the situation and lead to a discomfort in other people that have the right to work and study when they want to, however, for the ones who are not in the same religion, it is also important to take in consideration if they also want to take a day off for another religion. It is a great concern for all religions because they each have the right to take their day off for their own holidays. This is why it is important that although it takes long process, the government should be able to create laws that could benefit the whole community to don't feel discriminated by any religion because of business services, but at the same time to the entire community to state their rights as citizens for all their duties. For example, if a person wants to miss their job for a holiday, they have to prove it is from their own religion, but can't miss work otherwise.

In addition, it is important to state that all people want to have the opportunity to celebrate a holiday from their religion. However, it is a concern if the government decided to give all holidays off for everyone because it affects most importantly the people that don't celebrate a certain holiday in their daily life duties. At the same time, it could cause a misleading of discrimination from owner services in other religion that could also cause peoples discomfort. If any individual had the opportunity to decide what to do for any holiday adding that it couldn't be their own religious holiday could cause numerous of people taking advantage of the liberty they have and cause a greater problem for employees without a job. Thus, it is important that the government gives certain limits for people on holidays. Give the ability for any person to be benefited.
