Recently, the teachers have become stricter and the students have become smarter. Cheating is the only way for lazy students to pass difficult exams. The definition of cheating is to pass any exams dishonestly. The instructors try to find best methods to reduce the rate of cheating among students. In contrast, the students discover a new method of cheating for themselves. Although, the students cheat in different ways on exams. The new methods that discovered by some instructors argue that eradicating cheating is difficult, but it isn`t impossible.

Although, the students play the main role in cheating, so the instructors have to find out why his/her students cheat on exams. The students choose to cheat because of two reasons. The first one is that the instructor didn`t teach the lesson well in regular session and the second reason is that student has too many lessons for reading in final exams. The minority of students cheat in an exam because of the first reason, However, Majority of students cheat because of the second reason. The best method to reduce the rate of cheating is that the instructor changes his/her method when he/she gives the test to students. The best example is my mathematics instructor in university when he gives the exams for students, he gives three tests instead of two tests for students in a semester and each test covers specific chapters. Breaking down the tests in several parts has positive effects and negative effects for students. It effects positively on students that they never cheat in exams because they don`t have too many lessons for reviewing and when they reviewed specific chapters they remembered most of the lessons. Not only breaking down the test effects positively but also it has negative effects and the negative effect is that most of the students don`t prefer to review their lessons after the tests and through the end of the semester they will forget most of the lessons. Finally, the instructors should calm down with students and find out an easy way for students not to cheat on exams.

Besides changing the method of giving the test, another aspect is not to allow any other materials except the questions paper, pen, and the white paper. This is the next method to reduce the rate of cheating in on exam and this method is providing the materials for students which are necessary for exams. I want to make this method clear in the Public Administration test which its test needs much explanation. If the instructor allows students any other materials on the day of examination such as a book, and smartphone, probably the students will cheat in the exam. Most of Public Administration instructors give the test in two ways open book test and closed book test. When the instructor gives closed book test, it is possible to force student not to utilize any other material except question paper, white paper, and pen. On the other hand, whether an instructor gives an open book test, it will be credible to force students not to use any other materials, but the students can utilize the book that the instructor allowed and it was such a kind of cheating that the teacher provides for students. Finally, it matches with the strict instructors to force his/her students not to use any other materials except the materials that those are necessary for an exam.

Another aspect that most professional instructors argue that is blaming lazy students for cheating on exams, but I am against the claim that lazy students are responsible for discovering the new method of cheating. This is clear for all of us that lazy students don`t pay attention their lessons. The question remained who is behind that discovers the new method of cheating? From my perspective, the expert cheaters are intelligent students because they know the lessons and they pave the ground for lazy students to cheat and most of the intelligent students give the answers to lazy students. When I was 8th grade, I had a classmate and he got the first position and he was the intelligent student in our class. In exams he showed the ways for us how to be the best cheater, furthermore, he sent the answers to all students and the instructor didn`t pay attention to him because he was an intelligent student. Finally, if an instructor wants to reduce the rate of cheating, it is better to pay attention to intelligent students.

In conclusion, the lazy students are proud of themselves because of being a cheater. It is possible for an instructor to eradicate cheating in their exams and the best methods to eradicate cheating is to change the method of giving the tests, not to allow extra Martials in the exams, and to control intelligent student rather than lazy students. What I recommend is to change the method of giving the tests for students because when the students are comfortable with the method of the teacher. The students try to be a friend with the teacher and a friend never betray his/her friends, even his/her friend be his/her teacher.
