Anyone who has seen a badger in nature can be considered lucky. They are not often seen, but they are abundant, they live in Europe and America and are well equipped to protect themselves. In North America, rates are widespread and population and rank are increasing.

Badgers are carnivorous, but they also have all the bad habits and consume vegetable substances when they are available. Taxidea Taxus, the American Badger, is closely related to skunk, mink, skunks, weasels, otters, and Martins, although it tends to be larger and more stable. It is built near the ground, usually wider than it is large. She's actually a member of the weasel family.

There are color variations, but as striped skunk badgers have a white band running over their heads. They are also equipped with very sharp teeth and long, sturdy claws. Both are used in combat or defense. Only a few natural predators are shot at sight with a frantic pace, and as badgers have a kränkelige disposition, it does not take long to disturb them. The claws are strong and are also used for digging. In fact, a badger can dig surprisingly quickly in a hard, dry terrain.

Badgers are ferocious animals, and as they try to escape from a predator, they often turn around and attack if they have no way to escape clearly. They show no fear of another animal. They are built so close to the ground that they cannot run very fast. However, a rate is perfectly capable of supporting another animal that is far superior to itself, including animals such as Berghöwen. They usually do many lungs to an invader, a flight or another animal, and it is this habit that we have the whole of Bösschläge, which means repeatedly harassing someone until they are delivered.

This interesting creature also has a different resemblance to skunks. Like all members of the weasel family, they can emit a strong aroma of the nipple, even if it is not as strong as that of a stench. Badgers have a very keen sense of smell, and perfume serves both to mark a territory and to attract figures that attract companions rather than using them only for defense.

These animals prefer open turf areas and forests. They are often found in mountainous areas, such as high waterfalls and the Rocky Mountains, where dense coniferous forests develop. In the lower country, it seems that most of their diet might depend on worms and insects. In the highest country, small rodents often get most of their food, although they still eat worms or insects they find.

Badgers are also looted when given the opportunity. They bury the corpse they find to protect him from other scavengers. Your talent for burying a corpse is incredible.

As mentioned, sometimes this meal is supplemented by a selected vegetation. Badgers are also known as candy lovers, such as ripe berries and honey. The latter is usually limited to what is produced by the bees that inhabit the soil since badgers are not built to climb.

It should be noted that the Honigbadger is a clearly different animal and, despite its name, is not attached to the roof.

As bears hibernate badgers not really. Instead, they fall into a deep, numb-like sleep at colder temperatures, which preserves energy. However, they wake up when the temperature rises. This helps them to survive and be supported by their great sense of smell, they can dig out of their subterranean caverns and feed on rodents, many of them hibernate. In fact, rates are able to withstand extreme temperatures, which is one of the things that lead to the expansion of their assortment in the United States.

Not to mention the man, rates have many predators who do not hesitate to make a meal of the beast if they can go beyond the teeth and claws. The most important predators are bears, cougars, wolves, coyotes and greedy. As for wolves and coyotes, a single predator is usually not a rival for a badger, but a group of them can kill and consume one.

As with many animals, the official size and weight reported in online sources are often a bit shy of what is sometimes encountered. For example, a roof weighing more than 30 pounds was found in the Crater Lake National Park. Recently been killed so that a question could be asked how great it would really become.

Like many other mammals, badgers also have a late pregnancy. Between the fertilization period, enough time can pass before the pregnancy actually occurs. This helps to ensure the survival of the 2-6 children because they can be born if the food is often abundant. In fact, according to Oregon State University, it is known that rates will break some of the developing fetuses if the food is inadequate. This is not common in an animal that can be protective as the female rate is for its young.

Breast milk is pretty greasy and young badgers grow up fast enough to defend themselves. The nest itself is an underground tunnel with an enlarged space at the end. During the juvenile breeding, the floor of the room is covered with the mother layer, as well as the matter of soft plants like leaves. The tunnel is not very long, but it makes almost no difference since only a few animals want to face a roof coming out of its cave, first of all.

The Badgers living in Europe have many of the same features and appearance as those living in the United States, so the differences are mild.
