I’ve always been a renaissance boy, my indescribable strive for inquiring and working deliberately to solve them in face of predicaments and unfavorable circumstances make me always hungry for more. My solicitude about people’s lives grew more after my cousin died from lung cancer, which inspired me to contribute to healthcare advancements. This is why I worked on converting carbon dioxide in the atmosphere by bacteria into liquid fuel, hoping I could be a contributory person in nature. This project was remarkable and solidified in everyone’s mind, earning me an international medal. I finally felt a sense of accomplishment and said to myself, “I helped millions of people” because, as we know, CO2 has many negative effects on health as it is one of the radon gases.
Tackling the challenge can come through technology, as powerful advanced technologies openly surround the world, allowing the reach of technological creativity to continue growing and altering all industries as it evolves. In healthcare, technology can make a significant contribution to all processes, from data management to patient registration, and from self-care options to lab experiments. Moreover, mobile systems like smartphones can start to replace traditional observations, monitoring, and recording systems, giving people the option of undergoing consultations in the privacy of their homes. The integration of services outside the confines of hospital walls with user-friendly technology will change the way healthcare information and services are delivered to the population in any region.
For example, SMS technology advancement can be used to track malnutrition, remind patients to take their medicine, inform pregnant mothers about the best health practices, help patients identify and report sham medicine, and improve supply-chain management across the board (Smith, 2020). Making an online application will support patients in becoming active participants in their healthcare. This online tool allows doctors and patients to access medical records, interact online, and ask whatever they need to. This technology empowers patients by making them more conscious and knowledgeable about their care. In addition to increasing access and availability of medical information, portal systems can be a source of empowerment and responsibility for patients. I believe it's vigorous because a patient can be an extraordinary ally in their care. They catch errors and mistakes, which empowers them and adds a degree of power to care where they can become active participants (Johnson & Lee, 2021).
Finally, hospitals using advanced electronics to prepare good patient devices will contribute to a healthier workforce, boosting economic output and industry production. Healthcare organizations will no longer rely heavily on paper intake forms, instead capturing data from existing electronic health records or permitting new patients to fill forms out online once. This transition not only streamlines processes but also enhances the accuracy and efficiency of patient care (Anderson, 2019).
