Introduction

Have you ever felt that you're not good enough? When was the last time you felt that way? All of us experience hard times, problems, and challenges in life. Some people use these difficulties as motivation, keeping their faith and continuing to live their lives. Others, however, pity themselves, feeling sorry for their situations, which sometimes leads to depression. In the most tragic cases, individuals may resort to suicide, believing it is the only solution to their problems. Our perspectives on overcoming challenges vary, and while it is difficult, we must not let anxiety overwhelm us.

Challenges Are Part of Our Daily Lives

According to the latest data gathered by the World Health Organization (WHO), approximately 800,000 people die each year due to suicide, which translates to one person every 40 seconds (World Health Organization, 2019). Suicide has become one of the leading causes of death, particularly among those aged 15-29 years old. Many people suffer from depression and anxiety, choosing to end their lives because they mistakenly believe it is the only solution. The thought of suicide often arises when a person feels they have exhausted all solutions and believes they are not good enough, when their problems seem insurmountable and unending.

Challenges are indeed part of our daily lives, and it is up to us to determine how we will handle them. Unfortunately, many people, especially those afraid of being judged by others, blame themselves, their abilities, and capabilities. Some attempt to harm themselves to lessen the pain, and, in the most horrible cases, they end their own lives. They feel that their lives are not worth living, but this is not true. Regardless of who we are and what we have done, we all deserve to live our lives to the fullest.

It's essential to remember that making mistakes is better than faking perfection. Some people may hate you simply because of the way others love you. You are worth it, and you are not alone. Sometimes, it's okay not to be okay, it's okay not to be perfect, it's okay to cry to lessen the pain, and it's okay to feel broken because that's how the light comes in. You can't win at everything, but you can try, and remember that difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.

Practice Pause and Pray

Practice pause. When in doubt, pause. When you feel angry, pause. When you're tired, pause. When you are stressed, pause. And when you pause, pray. Let God break you and then make you whole again, because everything happens for a reason. Keep your faith in God, and He will never leave you. God's plans are always perfect, and nothing can stop them. Trust Him and maintain hope, even when everything seems to be failing. Never give up, and strive to make your life special in this wonderful world.

Conclusion

In conclusion, life is filled with challenges that test our strength and resolve. It is crucial to approach these challenges with faith, resilience, and the understanding that we are never alone in our struggles. By embracing our imperfections and trusting in a higher power, we can navigate life's hardships and emerge stronger and wiser.

Expert Review
The essay has a clear focus on the importance of facing challenges in life and not succumbing to depression or suicide. However, the essay lacks organization, coherence and structure. The writer does not provide a clear introduction or conclusion, and some of the paragraphs are too lengthy which leads to confusion in following the train of thought. The use of informal language is also a concern. The writer should focus on improving sentence structure, grammar, and vocabulary usage.

What can be improved
The writer has a good intention in discussing the importance of overcoming challenges in life but the essay lacks proper organization and coherence. The introduction lacks a clear thesis statement to guide the reader, and the paragraphs are too lengthy which makes it hard to follow the writer's train of thought. The essay also lacks a proper conclusion which makes it seem unfinished. Additionally, the essay uses informal language that is not appropriate for academic writing. There are also some grammatical errors, such as "Have you already feel" instead of "Have you ever felt". In addition, the essay lacks variety in sentence structure and vocabulary usage, which can make it repetitive and dull. To improve the essay, the writer should provide a clear introduction that includes a strong thesis statement. They should also break the paragraphs into smaller, more manageable sections that focus on specific points. Additionally, they should use more formal language and avoid using contractions or colloquial phrases. Finally, the writer should proofread the essay to ensure that it is free of grammatical errors and uses a variety of sentence structures and vocabulary.
