Documentation is crucial for every organization to ensure that their workers are aware of the company's rules and regulations. Like every report, this one provided me with a wealth of new ideas, which I have implemented. This report is the culmination of our planning, scheduling, and hard work. It explains our ideas and the characteristics of the newly added feature in the application. It demonstrates how people can conduct transactions in just a few minutes, contact the bank via the application, register an account, and log in or transfer money to another account. Documentation can be used by the personnel of an organization for future references and further documentation.
The MAYBANK application offers various options such as “Mobile Reload” and “Money Transfer.” While most features are present in the Maybank application, some are missing. People can conduct transactions, reload credit, and pay bills, but improvements are needed. Enhancements like card block/unblock, debit card discounts, contact us services, insurance, ATM/branch locator, feedback option, FAQs, and investment services can significantly increase customer satisfaction and engagement. This report will demonstrate how bank management can improve the customer ratio.
The main purpose of the online banking system is to make the workflow flexible and improve the services provided to customers. Online banking involves conducting transactions electronically over the Internet via a bank application or website. Some customers have concerns about the security of online banking. The primary aim of online banking is to enable sending and receiving money within minutes. The online banking service discussed here is MAYBANK, Malaysia. I chose the Maybank mobile application because it contains various pages and subpages like Mobile, Accounts, and Pay, among others.
The application allows people to make transactions anywhere and anytime without wasting time. You can contact an online banker if you face any problems with transactions at any time (24/7). First, you must have an account with the bank. For every new customer, a unique ID is chosen during registration for online banking. All customer details, along with their unique ID, are maintained in a database. Every time you log into your account, the system requires a username and password. You can log in through fingerprint recognition. If you enter the wrong password/username five times, the account is automatically blocked, requiring a visit to the nearest branch to unblock it. The system tracks your actions while making transactions.
After logging into your account, you can view your account balance and previous transactions. You can send money globally via account transfers and mobile transfers using this application. Additionally, you can reload your SIM card. Investment is akin to saving money over time with some level of associated risk, but both saving and investment help achieve financial goals. Every bank offers this option because some people are genuinely interested in investing in companies or levels. Unfortunately, this option is not available in MAYBANK. The feedback option is also absent, preventing users from providing feedback on performance or system issues, which is essential for improvement. The ATM locator and card block/unblock options are also missing. If bank management truly wants to enhance the customer experience, they must focus on improving the qualities and services offered.
In conclusion, you can make payments from the comfort of your home by following the given instructions. You can provide feedback on our service, as feedback is invaluable for any company. Companies strive to improve quality and eliminate elements that customers find undesirable. By addressing these aspects, banks can significantly enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
