What I am going to talk about is probably a little bit of a difficult topic. Because everyone has different perspectives of this, making a clear conclusion might be hard for him or her. However, I think that I fell like I am a better human being when I fulfill my moral responsibility. For that reason, the examples of my personal experience and my own thoughts of morality will totally demonstrate that how morality is important in my life.

This story is about when I was in high school. Since my dream was to become a social worker, I was passionate about helping other people. At that time, I did volunteer work for a long time since my high school teacher recommended me to do so.

However, In that period of time, I think I enjoyed meeting friends or staff in the service rather than helping the other people. I, maybe, enjoyed more after the volunteer work. But, by keep spending the time to help people, I had a sense of responsibility. However, as I often saw bad scenes about teachers and volunteer groups as the service period grew longer, I saw that 2 years of volunteer work was not the same as the initial purpose of the conflict. While all jobs and organizations will be equally applied, I think that there are some jobs that need higher moral standards than the other. For example, it would be fair to say that those who work in such jobs as doctors, hospitals, teachers, and schools that teach students, judges, and courts who have to judge fairly, have a higher standard of moral values than the average person. But, I think the moral values of those who work for volunteer organizations should be much higher than those who have these jobs.

People whose job are a Social worker, a youth leader, or a youth counselor, if they think about it incorrectly, the absence of a moral value system happens in a moment. Since there’s much work to be done on a meager salary, and he or she does not get the credit from people, but he or she is working on it with conviction, and I am worried that that belief is also being destroyed in a moment by moral hazard. People say that if one keeps the things he or she learned in kindergarten, he or she will live without quarreling even after he or she become adults. At some point, one end up forgetting all the lessons he or she learned from his or her childhood and insisting that he or she is better at each other. It can be a matter of competition driven social structure, a self-absorbing ego, or just randomly ignoring people.

To explain what I think about morality, I would say that If I were alone in the world, morality might not be necessary. Even if I were weak enough, I would be the only one who would suffer if I destroyed nature and killed life. And it won’t take long to realize it. Perhaps there is no distinction between what is right or wrong and what is good or evil. We exist together, and we live together. In the flow of time and space, there are other personalities besides myself. And just as I hate or hate someone, he or she has his or her hearts, and as I judge right or wrong, he or she have him or her own opinions. In the process of living together, it is in the moral category to consider each other’s thoughts, minds, and values. We exist together, and we live together, and make a relationship together. Sometimespersonal and often multiracial And within that relationship, we have an influence on each other. Just as standing side by side on the street and waiting for a signal on a crosswalk are different from waiting for a person you don’t know, but when a friend asks you to know your way through, he hears about his or her values. It’s not just the boss who has an influence on his or her subordinates. Friends, juniors, and seniors, students learn from teachers, we teach each other, and have some influence on each other. That’s why people in relationships with more people are said to be influential.

So the more influential people are, the more one-sided relationships develop. A typical example would be an entertainer. And it can feel for granted without having to delve into the impact of the singers’ words and actions on the fans.

Similarly, a person who gets to the dream position has a huge impact on all of them. The problem is that the more influential people are, the less they realize the impact they can have on a talkative person. No, maybe they recognize the impact but they use it thoroughly for their own benefit. However, given the moral responsibility mentioned earlier, the greater the influence, the higher and stricter moral standards should be required. If one is aware of the thoughts, the pain and the hurt of the heart and the pain that can affect him or her in a relationship, and the presence and character of him or her, one will have no choice but to think about that part. I would say that the reason why I cannot even think about it is because of the ever strengthening self-centeredness.

Conclusion

We live in a time when individual personalities and opinions are respected. Such values are good enough, but as with all values and ideas, having self-centered thinking without altruism will only deteriorate. It’s not that one should respect others’ individuality and opinions, but that one should respect my personality and opinions. And words such as respect for individuals, human rights, and freedom have become too good a tool to reinforce the idea of egotism. We all have moral values. Most people know what is right for them and for others. But in a world where everyone does not have to keep them without him or her, the values are becoming blurred a little bit as if I were being stupid to protect them because everyone didn’t. I think I should go back. I think we should revive our perception of the world in which we care about each other and live together in the interests of the individual, the values of self-centered self-centeredness that we think only of ourselves. Even if the world changes rapidly and sometimes competition heats up, we have to rethink the values that we have to protect as humans.
