Leadership, Helpfulness, and Dedication in Role Models

The biggest percentage that needs a role model is the young people. Everyone needs a role model in his/her life, because these people can inspire others to be a better person. The group of people who need the most role model are young people, because they need to learn how to face the life with integrity, optimism, hope, and determination. Role model plays an important part in people’s life, because people are learning constantly from others. Every time, people try to imitate behavior from their inspired people, everyone wants to have the features from their mentor. There are some common traits in the majority of role models such as leadership, helpfulness, and dedication.

The majority of role models have leadership as their main characteristic. The person who becomes a role model for others has a huge influence on a group and he or she can encouragement in them such as their thoughts, in their decisions, in their life. A good leadership always wants the best for other as a community. There are many examples in the world about the people who have leaderships. Firstly, Nelson Mandela he promoted a big movement in Africa to encourage the freedom, and after many years in prison, he became president for his country. Second example of leadership is Barack Obama that was the first African American to be elect as a president in the United States. Third person is Martin Luther King Jr who helped to free slavery and he organized the biggest movement to avoid slavery.

The greater part of role models gives helpfulness to others. A good role model provides support and assist to the person who needs it. There are many people with this quality, for example, my aunt who is a teacher in El Salvador. She loves supporting others to be successful, and my aunt always helps people when they have troubles in their live. Another person is Angelina Jolie who is a famous actress. She went to many poor countries as a mission to eradicate extreme poverty. Also, Mother Teresa is an excellent example of this kind of role model. She helped many suffering people; in fact, she went to many countries to support people with terrible diseases.

Finally, almost every role model has dedication in his or her life. People, who have this quality, work hard through their life, because they believe in themselves and their ability to achieve their goals. One of my bigger examples of this type of people is my grandfather. He worked very hard in his life; consequently, he became successful. He did not have university education; however, he created his own business. In addition, my parents are example of dedication for me. They push themselves to be effective in their lives. My parents work hard every day to give us the best. Definitively, Elon Musk is another person with a lot of dedication. He works a lot, and he created successful companies.

In conclusion, role models share similar characteristics between each other. There are many people who have leadership as main feature. Others types of role model provides helpfulness to see them with better life. Another main trait of role model is that they have dedication in their life. People are very lucky to have a role model in their life to be a better person.
