LIDL UK is facing the problem where the cost of certain products is increasing and the managers have to implement such strategies to handle the expenses of the products and to improve the sales. The operational department of LIDL UK is targeted to reduce the price of manufacturing some products and balance the increase in the other products. The managers can plan strategies such as find suppliers that can provide raw materials at a lower cost.
