“Simplicity is the essence of happiness.” My idea of an ideal Friday is simple. I would start the day off with a perfect morning walk in a forest. My aim for this essay is just give you a bit inspiration to think about your perfect, peaceful morning walk as such at beginning of the day is the best one, believe me.
For me, the perfect morning walk begins early, just as the sun is starting to rise, and takes me through a peaceful natural environment where I can enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of the outdoors. I would go on a refreshing morning walk in a nearby forest. As I step outside into the fresh morning air, I take a deep breath and begin to feel the calm wash over me. The world is quiet at this time of day, with only a few early birds chirping in the trees. The sun is just beginning to peek over the horizon, casting a soft golden light over everything. This is the perfect time to start my walk.
I make my way through a nearby park, where the walking paths are surrounded by tall trees and bushes. The leaves rustle in the gentle breeze, and the birds chirp and sing as I walk past. The scent of freshly cut grass and blooming flowers fills the air, invigorating my senses and filling me with a sense of peace and calm.
As I stroll through the tranquil forest, I would admire the mesmerizing scene around me. The trees would be as tall as skyscrapers. The crunching leaves would be an assortment of different colours of burnt oranges, crimson reds, golden yellows, and soft browns. The sweet, pleasant smell of the ripening fruit would bring me joy as I continue to walk. As I walk deeper in the forest, I would hear scurrying squirrels searching for food under chunks of wispy moss. Drumming woodpeckers would attack the decaying bark of the trees.
As I continue my walk, I let my mind wander, taking in the beauty of my surroundings and allowing my thoughts to drift freely. I feel a sense of gratitude for the opportunity to enjoy this peaceful moment and the beauty of the world around me. It's the perfect time for reflection, setting goals for the day ahead, and simply enjoying the present moment. After about 30 minutes of walking, I reach a peaceful pond where I can sit and enjoy the stillness of the water. The surface of the pond reflects the early morning sunlight, creating a shimmering, ethereal effect. I take a moment to appreciate the beauty of the moment and take a deep breath, feeling renewed and energized.
Following the leaf-carpeted path to find my way home, I would glance over my shoulder to find the picture-perfect forest. I enjoy morning walks because they help me clear my mind and relax. Furthermore, morning walks are not only a form of exercise but they are also an enjoyable activity.
