Motivation to Study Abroad in Data Warehousing Program

My Academic Journey

I am an optimist who sees opportunities in everything that life presents. I completed my Matriculation from the Punjab School Education Board in 2016, scoring 87% marks, and my Senior Secondary (Non-Medical) in 2018 with a score of 70.4%, both from the same board. Academic excellence has always been of great importance to me. I used to actively participate in school projects and consistently took on leadership roles within my academic projects. Alongside my academic achievements, I have also been actively engaged in extracurricular activities. Upon completing my Senior Secondary education, I aspired to pursue my further studies abroad and have the motivation to study abroad. To that end, I prepared for the IELTS and achieved an overall score of 6.5 bands, with individual scores of Listening: 7.5, Reading: 5.5, Writing: 5.5, and Speaking: 6.5.

My Motivation to Study Abroad

I am eager to study abroad as it will provide me with the opportunity to understand and embrace diversity in terms of language, ethnicity, and cultural behaviors. In choosing my study destination, I considered three options: Canada, the United States, and the UK. Ultimately, I selected Canada due to its excellent education system, high global ranking, and reputation. Canada is known for being a peaceful, politically stable, and safe country. It offers internationally recognized degrees and exceptional healthcare services for international students. As a multicultural nation, Canada provides the desired course content at a reasonable fee structure, in contrast to countries like the United States, Australia, and the UK where international students often face exorbitant fees. Additionally, Canada offers a peaceful and conducive atmosphere for my further studies. Its dynamic and vibrant environment aligns well with my personality. The cost of living in Canada is also favorable, especially when compared to countries like the United Kingdom, Australia, and the USA. Renowned for its quality education and competitive entry requirements, Canada stands out as an ideal destination.

I am particularly drawn to studying a Diploma in Data Warehousing. In today's technology-driven world, computing has a profound impact on society. Data Warehousing plays a pivotal role by integrating data for easy modification, rectification, and editing at any time. It facilitates the transition of businesses to advanced modes of operations, bridging the gap between traditional and cutting-edge practices. Data sharing enhances task allocation among employees, resulting in streamlined workflows. Data Warehousing ensures excellent query performance through improved data quality. The systems within Data Warehousing are customized for specific organizations, enhancing flexibility to meet unique business requirements. The structured data allows for versatile record manipulation to fulfill specific needs. Data integration aids in efficient data tracking, saving time and enhancing accuracy.

Choosing My Study Destination Abroad

My search for colleges in Canada led me to explore options such as Langara College, Humber College, Durham College, Canadore College, and Herzing College. Ultimately, my quest culminated with my discovery of MLC College of Business Technology and Healthcare. MLC College offers an array of certified courses for students, boasting an innovative teaching methodology. They prioritize a hands-on learning approach, deviating from traditional theoretical teaching methods. Each aspect of learning provides students with practical experiences, enabling excellence in their chosen fields.

Upon completing my studies in Canada, my intention is to return to India and embark on a career as a Data Analyst in a reputable company such as Intel, IBM, Google, or Macwill Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. I am hopeful that you will consider me a deserving candidate for the Diploma in Data Warehousing program at MLC College.
