I became even more interested in the medical field, because I would see my grandmother, as well as her sister getting sick and it would terrify me. I would take my grandmother’s hand and held it, hoping to make things more bearable for her. I was thrilled and realized that I wanted to take biology, chemistry, and physics classes and I would enjoy the fact these classes would be fundamentally related to medicine.
