Weapons of mass destruction used in an act of terror has been considered to be to problematic task for terror organizations. The attack that occured in 1995 with the Japanese transportation system that had used the sarin gas was a weapon of mass destruction use as an act that can possibly used in the near future. This attack was not the only one that they have done, They had one 9 months earlier and they continued to do so. They knew that the police was going to do a raid and they just want the police out of their path. They continue with their plan to attack the subway to hinder the investigation the police had.

Even though, the Japanese transportation system attack would have been more deadly. This typical attack is linked to the risk management perspectives of John Parachini on chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) weapons of mass destructions. In this 1995 attack there were 5 members from Aum Shinriko which was done through the rush hour. Their target was to aim when it was the busiest to injured and killed so many people. This incident was a devastated one for the Japanese because of the deadly weapons used in this attack.

The members had boarded up the rail systems in Tokyo with liquid Sarin and after that they had poked holes in each packet they had before leaving the rail car. In this incident 12 people had died and another 1000 were left blind. Many others were injured which was sad situation. In a case like this where terrorist are constantly out to hurt innocent bystanders is plain cold. This attack was the deadliest in Japan Which is defined by modern standards. The police continue to their investigation till this day to make sure this event don’t repeat itself. Terrorist would always try to find ways to hurt many people to prove their message. A message that has no significance because they believe in hurt and America believes in negotiations.

Terrorist group are everywhere who are willing to take down whatever is in their path. Whether is political or religious they want to continue on with their plan. The ones that pay for it all is the people.

Terrorist groups have been communicating with many societies all over the world. Coming together the various needs of emergency direction for Weapon of mass destruction incident has many facet , these have been refined and improved upon since 1995, the perspective of focus only on response had been combined with improved policies that assist in deterring and ideally preventing future flack . Through studying lessons learned from previous events and revisiting governmental policy periodically those responsible for protecting community of interests will have a better fortune for preventing and responding to incidents. Pinch management has worked twice as hard over the 4 senses of year to become more effective when it comes to this attacks.

Attacks like this are not fully preventable, but can help the agents use some type of tactic to try to prevent it. The Emergency management team has stepped up ever since 9/11 occured which shook the whole world. Since then they have worked with many departments and undercover agents assigned to this mission knowing their life is at risk in order for America top be safe. This type of attack in Japan has been used in Syria where many innocent lives were taken has helped their department become more aware of future incidents. As technology has advanced it has become more easy for the bombers to blend in without been noticed. Having an effective plan is the route to go to prevent future incidents from happening anywhere. Going back in history to view the patterns and motives would also help too. There has to be a balance in this world so there is not so much retaliation towards innocent bystanders.

In conclusion, the use of weapons of mass destruction by terrorist organizations presents a significant challenge to global security. The 1995 attack on the Japanese transportation system, which utilized sarin gas, serves as a stark reminder of the devastating potential of such weapons. Despite efforts by law enforcement to prevent similar incidents, the threat persists, highlighting the need for robust risk management strategies.
