Hero is defined as an extraordinary man who stands out for his warrior deeds, valor or magnanimity. It can be a real figure or an imaginary figure, the term hero plays a symbolic role for people whose subjective content is intended to act as a motivating element for overcoming obstacles by people in their daily lives. Resulting, for this reason, a process of inner development of the human being.

Hero aims to stand out with his warrior acts. The word hero has a symbolic role for people with the purpose of acting as a motivator for overcoming obstacles in everyone's life in society.

There are heroes around me who are invisible until I need them like soldiers, firefighters, paramedics, and police. Although they are paid and trained to get into dangerous situations, it does not diminish the many calm and balanced decisions they make to mitigate a life-threatening situation, sometimes without regard for their own safety.

In addition, there are everyday acts of self-sacrifice by ordinary people that leave a safe place to save someone. For example, a good Samaritan who drowns saving a child who fell on the frozen river ice or a passerby who witnesses a shaking and rescues the victim but suffer disability or death in the process. The reactions and responses in the moment are what puts in light a hero or heroes. Actions that affect the community or even the world in a possible way. In another words, the magnitude of their actions affecting a community or even the world gives us a change to acknowledge a hero.

Some actions make them deal with the real or symbolic death of a hero, in a death threat whether it is real or symbolic, and may or may not survive, just as a firefighter who is a hero for his bravery always save people regardless of the situation. transcending a great vision for society and the world, becoming a hero for their actions, as well as great cultural heroes like Martin Luther King and Gandhi, who struggled to achieve the ideals of equality.

Zumbi dos Palmares was one of the main characters of the black movement against slavery in Brazil. Zumbi is considered one of the symbols of struggle, freedom and recognized by the black community as a great leader of Brazilian history. He is a perfect example of blacks who were enslaved in Brazil and who were not inert, submissive and alienated. Also, he is considered a symbol of the black protagonist. Zumbi's death happened on November 20, 1695, Zumbi became a great symbol of resistance in certain political groups. This part of his history caused the day of his death to be converted into the Day of Black Consciousness.

The hero even in the knowledge undergoes a minor procedure with a conflict with himself and the world. A hero can be identified when confront he or she reality and are always willing to face any situation.

Heroes that exist in real life do not participate in movies with special effects or scenes already programmed, they recklessly face the challenge regardless of having to risk their own life. The title of hero is still widely used public by people. However, the title of hero falls on people have no super power but save lives even if they have to sacrifice their own life, such as a firefighter, a policeman or even a teacher in Brazil who saved the life of many students risking their lives and eventually dying.
