I believe the root to all of our world’s problem is selfishness, so I got some help to stop that. Then I created what I think to be the perfect society, full of selfless acts. Allow me to explain this from the beginning.
Fifty years ago some scientists were trying to develop some sort of pill that every person would eventually be required to take. This pill would allow people to make decisions based off of how it would affect other people, not how it can benefit themselves. For 5 years the scientists would test a different pill time and time again. The first one was too pure. When they would give people the pill, they would definitely be selfless, but too selfless, they would give up everything of theirs for other people, not a single thought was traced to them. Which then caused them to be depressed because they never had any self-confidence, but they believed in other people like they were their world. After five years, the scientist finally mastered the flaws. Then, the next year was spent in conference after conference to get this idea global of a pill that can help so many problems. They went to court several times, visited just about every country. A year later, their pill was viral, they had spread the idea everywhere, they were to start giving these every day on the next year in January 1st, 2025.
It didn’t take a long time for every body’s brain to mature to the selflessness. After the first generation passed and the kids that started their life on this pill grew up, things started to look a whole lot better. Even the little kids would mature faster because they were no longer throwing fits because they weren’t getting what they wanted, they had respect for their parents rules and what their parents wanted. Even when parents would ask their kids to do something, like take out the trash, the kids would automatically get up and do it instead of wait. There was no selfish intention to keep doing what they wanted for just “a few more minutes. ” As these kids grew older even the world around them was a lot different. The government had changed, growing up the people in the offices matured faster, so they had more time to learn things and study, instead of wasting time. They cared about their job, and they were respected a whole lot more because people now only saw what could be beneficial to the country, not themselves. There was no more poverty. People would open up their homes now because they no longer cared about making too much food, or cleaning one room for a person that doesn’t even have a home. Therefore, they would have a better life.
Every country also had a lot more money because they learned how to use it wisely, instead of for things that would be useful for them, instead for things for their people. Along with this, there was no racism, people no longer cared what color of skin you were, or what ethnicity, it no longer mattered what you thought of inside of you, they’re all just people too.
The court systems were also better. Everyone started to be more honest, they no longer cared about how the punishment would affect themselves. At the same time there was a lot less of trials, because crime also went down a huge extent. No one ever stole anymore because they weren’t stealing to please themself, they were thinking about how it could affect the people they were stealing from, and several other things. Of course, there was still some crime. People’s personalities were not being changed, so there were still people doing stupid stuff with their friends, that’s just inevitable. Other than flaws that aren’t revolved around selfishness, the world, in the eyes of some, is perfect.
