Changes in 3 societies above through globalization

The common between 3 nations is starting from an agricultural economy, especially Vietnam and China are both communists. However, China is now thriving as the second largest industrial economy worldwide while Vietnam and India are in the transition of becoming newly-industrialized economies. The most serious problem that Vietnam and India are now dealing with is corruption. Residents have been influenced by the westernization, resulting in more open-minded and liberal perspectives though deeply-rooted religion, culture and tradition have ingrained in our minds for thousands years.

The belief that our lives including wealth and social status are defined by Gods or supernatural powers since we were born no longer existed. Instead, how much effort we give in will be paid back equally. People pay more attention to education, work experiences, life skills to quench the thirst for knowledge, prosperity and status. That’s why the Vietnamese, Chinese and Indian are considered hard-working, enduring and ambitious.

Business opportunities it presents

Employees from these 3 nations have higher chances to be hired thanks to our diligence and morale. To some extent, our religion and culture cause restrictions, but they make us more self-disciplined and obedient, which lessens wrongdoings in business. Undeniably, 3 societies have changed a lot through globalization, which strengthen our ability to adapt to changes and risks. Through globalization, the governments of these 3 countries encourage on international trades, foreign investments inside country and market expansion globally.

Vietnam can export agricultural products and raw material while China exports their low-price electronic gadgets. With India, the 2 biggest industries are IT and outsourcing. Indian and Chinese investors also eye for service industry, especially hotel and tourism in Vietnam. We can do a joint venture: office in either of 3 countries or even another country, factory in Vietnam with cheap labor market, outsourcing process in India and retailing in China due to large and demanding population.
