Program Corporate Social Responsibility in Kindergarten

Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR is simply a way to self-regulate and benefit their communities by making moral and ethical efforts for the betterment of society and the environment. This program will impact on their business operations. CSR program is also an opportunity for companies to keep away from huge risk by looking at the whole social and environmental sphere that surrounds the company to demonstrate their good corporate citizenship and protect the company from outsized risk. There are several CSR programs which operated by our kindergarten.

First, the CSR program in our kindergarten is focused on helping children growing in poverty through education. Every child without counting race has the right to enjoy education and get quality care which means having a safe and lovely environment to grow and achieve their ambition. Our kindergarten believes that learning by going to school is essential for children. This is because education can improve children’s knowledge then indirectly busting poverty and they won’t attend themselves in social problems such as vandalism, stealing, and so on. Simply to say that education is a weapon which can change the world. Therefore, our kindergarten will sponsor kids to complete education by providing school fees, school uniforms, supplies, tutoring, and scholarship till they graduated. There are some examples of which are our kindergarten provides technology learning for kids. In the 21st century, due to the development of science and technology progress, we would like to provide some educational tools like computers to them. This is because those tools can provide great opportunities for people around the world to connect, learn, and share in global development. We work with partners to make these technologies more accessible to children and young people around the world so they can enhance their knowledge, skills, networks, and resources to build sustainable futures. In the nutshell, we focus on education for children as CSR programs as high-impact programs are crucial to breaking the cycle of poverty.

We believe knowledge is power and wisdom makes people become beautiful especially when it comes to getting and staying healthy. So, our kindergarten is also focused on the health program. The reason of focus on health as health and poverty are strongly connected. This is also the reason why a high percentage of poverty families get health issues easier than others. Thus, by investing in health indirectly investing in building a bright future for our community. For example, we organize a free health awareness campaign and are open to the public without judging age and race. The activities within the health campaign include providing health education, preparing healthy food, mosquito control, and so on. We will organize a healthy lifestyle challenge by preparing a luxury reward for those winners in order acts as an encouragement to encourage the public to attend in this activity. Moreover, our kindergarten will reduce barriers to health care by operating with a medical and dental clinic in order to provide free health care services to the public. Those examples of health care services include injection services and dental services. Free injections of Hepatitis B to the public and free injections to newborn babies are provided at some specific clinics. In conclusion, those heath program is a part of the CSR program in our kindergarten. We build a healthy environment for the public in need as we know first wealth is health.

The next CSR program of our kindergarten is about environment conservation as we believe we have the responsibilities to preserve our environment which plays an important role and provides resources like oxygen, water, and food for living organisms. So, a clean and peaceful environment is essential to us. Unfortunately, pollution and global warming become serious problems nowadays. There is no doubt that human beings are too much promote development and destruction. Time is not too late as long as we are willing to get rid of those bad habits. Therefore, our kindergarten begins conservation by carrying out 3R activity with all staff including adults and students. 3R activity includes reducing, reusing, and recycling. We encourage students through lessons and also take action to implement 3R in reality. We add recycle bins at public areas. This is aim to make recycling become an easier option for the public. Moreover, we would like to build recycle center by using recycled materials to improve the recycling rate and form a recycling club. We also held a green day event and encourage public participation in it. In brief, we involve the consumption of energy, water, and other natural resources. To reduce environmental issues, we monitor in use of resources and take appropriate remedial action.

In summary, the explanation above shows that a CSR program is essential for business operations. It shows that there are numerous ways and areas in which our company may choose to focus. The first area is about education. Other areas are about the environment and focus on health or nutrition. Those aim to ensure the well-being of society but also show the ethical standard of our company. We spontaneously donated in cash to express their wish to help the people there. We do it also but more focus on action.
