Freed woman Sojourner Truth, a compelling woman speaker for slavery, gives her famous speeches in many different areas. She traveled many different areas preaching about women right's and about the evil of slavery. She claimed the Lord gave her the name, as he called upon her “travel up and down the land declaring the truth to people. Truth talked about the way people was treated because of the way they felt about slavery and the different way other's thought about her. She talked about how she gained her freedom she the New York State Emancipation Act was passed in the year of 1827. In the year, of 1851 Truth began a lecture tour that included a women's rights conference, in she deliver her speech. Truth started to have conversation with Douglas who thought that men needed more rights than women and she thought they all needed rights to do what they needed to do. In her speech she talked about how she was sold four times and how she ran away trying to avoid slavery. When she did her speech it was her most famous, thought it was just one of many as she continued to advocate for human rights the rest of her life. The speech helped her and so many ways that she deciding go on and continued to spread the word about women rights. She was a very outspoken person when it came to her speaking about belief and rights. In her speech she tells the meaning of her name and how her name means she was a miserable slave who tried the best to escape slavery. She explained that Sojourner means, a person who resides temporally place and differences. The purpose of her speech was to deliver that she was free. In her speech she talked about, how certain women was respected and how she was treated not lady like.

She accomplished many things and certain ways, Truth was born into slavery but escaped with her infant daughter to freedom in 1826. She devoted her life and became a good person and tried to help many people with they slavery moment. She is best known as her speech, and the way she motivated her, people to deal with her as being a slave. People thought of her as a good outspoken, person who loves to motivate other about her and the way she live doing slavery time. When she was traveling everywhere she stop she gave a speech and she said her amazing poem. Truth was immensely, skilled at navigating, despite the enormous pressure of women that color to choose between women movement and the abolitionist movement. That women can change the world and that Truth blackness did not make her not a woman. The poem and many of her books change her life and so many ways. She also had a book called A Life, A Symbol because she had a life which wasn't as good and it actually was a symbol of faith. She really did great things and many people actually don’t know.

She wrote many books to keep her life on track and she went through a lot of obstacle. She was always taught, to be a woman before anything, that why she did a poem dedicated to being a woman. Truth went through different stages of life and still keeps traveling spreading the word. The poem Truth, wrote was very unique because, she went all over the world saying that poem. Truth was very special even though she was hurt and so many ways. Truth still strives to teach women the significant of being strong through bad times. She was strong even through the worst times and her life she still strive to do better and make things right. She always told women to be mindful, of the things they want and to try their best to accomplish any goal and life. Women were the reason Truth strive to do her very best to them the reason to never give up. Truth wrote many different books about the different struggle women went through, and they were very damage back then. Sojourner Truth was an author, domestic worker, human right activist, and women right activists. While preaching the gospel she encouraged the government, to give black Southern land to live and provide for their family.
