  4. Appointing a section that specializes only in child and women safety, as most refugees are orphans and women, this is a top priority;
    1. Calls for the security and aid workers as many are in fear of being targeted, which is significantly downplaying the responses, the humanitarian staff should be allowed to work whenever any help is needed without facing any restrictions by the parties in conflict;

      4. Requests the United Nations to be an independent observer and thereby do the following:
        1. Being one of the UN charters, the United Nations should make sure that the elections are free, fair and open to all as some of the poll booths are being taken over by parties in order to gain votes;
      5. 7. Recommends UN to resolve the border conflict by implementing the following solutions:
        1. Strengthen the border security between the two nations;
        2. Mutually divide the major oil reserves present on the border of the countries as Sudan is eyeing on these reserves;
        3. Minimize the racism at the border and outlaying areas by
      6. Preventing non-state actors from impersonating as government officials (thereby increasing corruption as well as exploiting certain classes) by:
        1. Giving distinguishable identity cards to soldiers, hence reducing the number of fake rebel actors that claim to be army officials;
        2. Making unique textures on army uniforms to prevent rebel groups from creating a counterfeit uniform and causing chaos;
