Although menopause is not a disease, however, there are many drugs available for the treatment of such symptoms. Many women are uncomfortable with the risks and side effects associated with these drugs. Fortunately, there are a lot of natural remedies that can be used to regulate the symptoms of menopause

Most women report that they experience hot flashes during the pre- and perimenopause. Hot flushes usually begin to occur when women begin to have irregular menstrual periods, and usually end one or two years after menstruation has ceased.
