Although menopause is not a disease, however, there are many drugs available for the treatment of such symptoms. Many women are uncomfortable with the risks and side effects associated with these drugs. Fortunately, there are a lot of natural remedies that can be used to regulate the symptoms of menopause

Most women report that they experience hot flashes during the pre- and perimenopause. Hot flushes usually begin to occur when women begin to have irregular menstrual periods, and usually end one or two years after menstruation has ceased. Sometimes women experience hot flushes or warmth in the face and upper part of the body, others in reality could have perspiring, and cools. Hot flashes can occur at any time of day or night.
