A Michigan teenager, Hunter Gandee, is a famous high school wrestler who has a robust figure and strong determination. However, he is more well-known for always having his sick brother on his back. Hunter Gandee's younger brother, Braden Gandee, was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the age of one. After that, Hunter never fails to give his back to his brother. Braden's illness prevents him from walking without the assistance of the walker. As a result, he struggles with everyday chores like getting up himself or walking around. As the older brother, Hunter is always there for Braden in his growth. In 2014, Hunter organized a community awareness program called "Cerebral Palsy Swagger." Hunter carried his brother for 40 miles all the way from his high school to the University of Michigan wrestling centre, enduring extreme heat, rain, and almost fatigue. He described the whole process as the hardest thing he had ever done in his life. However, Hunter found the experience remarkably worthwhile as he raised awareness and successfully shone a light on the disease of cerebral palsy. His action gained nationwide attention. Consequently, he did another walk of 57 miles the following year, aiming to catch more attention and raise more funding. The campaign raised a total of $185,000 that went to build a handicap accessible playground at Temperance Bedford Middle School so that more disabled kids can enjoy fun facilities. Undoubtedly, Hunter is an incredible brother who always cares and supports Braden. Hunter's coach described him as a natural leader. His leadership style is the typical combination of a doer and a bridge-builder as he can both work on stuff himself and organize his friends and families to help out. When interviewed, Hunter said that he was very grateful for all the support and he believed that God watched and helped them in the journey. As a faithful person, Hunter unquestionably demonstrates the leadership that followed Jesus as a role model. According to the Gospels, Jesus' exceptional leadership qualities reveal that he is the kind of doer and bridge-builder as well, pushing the team forward himself and uniting all the members of the group. Also, Jesus' leadership style focuses on love, which is always present in Hunter's journey. Generally speaking, Hunter Gandee is a loving and compassionate natural leader who is a combination of the doer and the bridge-builder, following Jesus the Messiah as a role model for life and displaying remarkable qualities that God wants all of us to possess.

To begin, Hunter exhibits a leadership style of a combination of the doer and the bridge-builder. Firstly, Hunter is a doer, meaning he is a hands-on person who does significant works himself. He is a person with positive energy and extraordinary perseverance. Hunter spares no effort in helping Braden rehabilitating and improving, providing him with a warm and healthy growing environment. Instead of merely taking care of Braden, Hunter continually encourages Braden to take control of his body. As shown in the multimedia presentation, Hunter motivates Braden to keep standing up and exercise and teaches him the phrase that "I need to control my body." It leaves me with a great impression as Hunter expresses his deep love by his actions to keep pushing Braden to his limits so that he can improve. It is a much better way of education than solely comforting using gentle words. Hence, it shows that Hunter is a person who accomplishes actual tasks. Doers are the team’s engine, always propelling laboriously. They set the team in motion. They lead by example, motivating people and maintaining team momentum towards the central goal. Doers are in constant motion, working and pushing the team forward. Unquestionably, Hunter leads the group with this style. He is the main workforce in the "Cerebral Palsy Swagger" campaign and his own family. Furthermore, Hunter is also a bridge-builder, meaning he uses his excellent communication and organization skills to unite members together towards a common goal. He unified his friends, family members, people in the community to assist with the walk campaign and all the fundraising events. Although he is a doer who has fabulous work abilities, he knew that he could not accomplish the whole thing by himself. Due to the fact that Hunter is such a remarkable and brilliant person, people are very willing to support him full-heartedly. Hunter's coach described him as a natural leader. The reason was that he was training hard for himself but at the same time, he was working with different partners to help them get better. Hunter understands that you are only as good as your best partner. He is never stingy or miserly in lending a helping hand to others. Consequently, people are willing to support him when he is in need. Thus, he is the exceptional bridge-builder with extraordinary personal charisma. He does a lot of negotiation and problem-solving to make sure that the team works as a cohesive unit. As demonstrated above, Hunter's leadership style is a perfect combination of the doer and the bridge-builder, following Jesus' principle of love and compassion.

Jesus the Messiah, the marvellous role model of Hunter Gandee, has a leadership style of the doer, displaying miraculous hands-on skills. The Gospel story of "Healing Jarius' Daughter" from Luke 8: 40-56 provides us with the sound evidence proving Jesus' exceptional leadership style. When the crowd was welcoming Jesus, the leader of the synagogue, a man named Jarius came to him. Jarius told Jesus that his only daughter was dying. He kneeled down at Jesus' feet and pleaded him to come to his house. He begged Jesus to save his miserable little twelve years old daughter. Jarius solicited Jesus to put hands on her to heal her. At that time, a woman emerged from the crowd and wanted to seek help from Jesus. She has been sick for twelve years, suffering from an incurable disease that cost all her money. However, no doctor could cure her. She was very desperate and wanted a miracle from Jesus. As a result, she quietly got close to Jesus and touched the fringe of his robe. Immediately, her bleeding stopped. Jesus healed an incurable disease using his astounding capacity, proving that he is a practical doer. Also, Jesus is so humble that he did not take the credit and said that the woman recovered because of her faith. While he was speaking, someone came to the crowd and said that Jarius' daughter was dead and there was no need to ask for Jesus' help anymore. When Jesus heard this, he replied to them that as long as they have faith, Jarius' daughter can come to life again. When he arrived at the house, he only went in with his several disciples and the child's parents. Jesus told them not to weep as their daughter was merely sleeping. The parents could not believe him. But then, Jesus took the child by her hand and called out, "Child, get up!" Her spirit returned right away and she got up at once. Jesus ordered the parents to offer her some food and to tell no one about what had happened. Her parents were astounded and in shock. Jesus, as the physical incarnate of God, is a doer that heals the incurable with his own hands. Moreover, he is a humble leader that does not want to take too much credit or honour. He wants people to have faith in and be grateful for his Father, our God in Heaven. As demonstrated, the Gospel story of "Healing Jarius' Daughter" is the significant evidence that Jesus is a hands-on leader that leads by example, motivating people to follow his loving and compassionate practice.

Furthermore, Jesus the Son of God, the spectacular role model of Hunter Gandee, has a leadership style of the bridge-builder, operating things in the way that benefits all people best. Jesus can look at an issue from the well-rounded perspective that takes care of each person's benefit. The Gospel story of "Feeding the Five Thousand" from Mark 6: 34-44 offers us the fundamental proof that Jesus is a bridge-builder, unifying all his members as a cohesive whole using his brilliant leadership skills. As Jesus went ashore, he saw a great crowd that was meek and impoverished. Jesus had mercy and compassion for them as they were like sheep without a shepherd. As a result, he began to teach them many things, preaching them God's sacred message. When it got late, the disciples suggested Jesus send the people away so that they could seek food themselves from surrounding countries and villages. However, Jesus asked the disciples to find something to eat for them. Instead of asking them to go and buy plenty of food, Jesus required them to take out the food with them, which was five loaves of bread and two fish. Then, Jesus ordered his disciples to get all the people to sit down in groups on the green grass. The hungry people sat down in the group of hundreds. At that moment, Jesus took out the five loaves and the two fish. Unquestionably, only that amount of food was not enough for such a large crowd. However, nothing is impossible for Jesus. Jesus is a person who performs miracles. With the five loaves and two fish on his hand, Jesus looked up to heaven, and blessed, and broke the loaves. Also, he divided the two fish in front of the people. Jesus ordered the disciples to distribute the food to all people. And all of the people ate and were so full. It was miraculous that the food filled twelve baskets, full of broken pieces and of the fish. It was truly astonishing that those who had eaten the loaves and the fish had numbered five thousand people. Jesus is the remarkable bridge-builder that works for the best benefits of all people. He united the people together and solved the problem. Despite Jesus' miraculous power, his leadership skills are appreciable. Jesus is the bridge-builder that is the centre of the team, making all the other parts work together and move in the same direction. As illustrated, the Gospel story of "Feeding the Five Thousand" is the vital evidence that Jesus is a central bridge-builder type of leader that leads by unifying and holding people together to achieve the best benefit of a group as a whole.
