In today’s world communication has become so easy due to many new technologies via internet among the people. Technologies though being updated day to day, people think innovative technologies to communicate in mailing. In this paper, I describe a device called “Brain Reader”, which instead of typing content what a user thinks that may go and type directly writing the words in composes mail body based on signals of brain activities. This device consisting of a “Chip”, it is insert able to the back of the user’s upper part of the ear and that chip consists a storage recorder that records brain signals. The transmitter device, which is connected to a system, decodes the brain signals and writing directly in the interface. This could facilitate a direct interaction between system and brain without typing the content in system. This type of system would lead to consume typing time and works effectively without any dragging of doing jobs.

Introduction

The study of the human brain is the most complicated area of research in Artificial intelligence. The main aim of an Artificial Intelligence is “how human acts and thinks (in all aspects) like system can do”. From the last four decades researchers working in this aspect, at last they developed “Neural Networks”. A neural network is a connection of neurons. A Biological Neural Network is the connection of real biological neurons. These neurons are chemically connected or functionally associated with neurons. Connections consist of electrical signaling for information processing. Artificial Neural Network is made up of artificial neurons or Nodes. Artificial neural network is used in many applications like speech recognition, image analysis and brain reading and how to control mind activities. Neuro Imaging is a technique to examine the activities of neural networks, structure and functions of the brain.

Two decades before “Brain chips” innovated and these are like implantable computer chips acting as Sensors or actuators and used in many areas. This is practicable to design an interface between the brain and Computer System. Usually Brain Chips consisting of silicon chips, it has Pseudo-Smart Software. Brain cells and silicon chips linked electronically. The complicated task is how neurons connected to chips. This is working with electrode array that link two. Once device is inserted in a body, provides contact between neurons and electrodes i.e. interfacing the nerves and silicon directly. By this we can build an electronic system and also read the way human neurons are interconnected. Using this system how brain changes activities like computer can also change. Like this way we get an interface between brain and Computer. This interface provides a direct communication with human nervous systems.

By above mentioned points, I started thinking can’t we use this feature in E-mail without typing the content of text in Compose body. For this I describe a device called “Brain Reader”.

Design Methodology

It is an advanced device, which uses a chip to store the brain signals and transmit those electric signals to a transmitter which connected to a system. Those signals are decoded and converted into text. That text is directly typed in interface which is provided for compose body of E-mail. This uses Brain Chips, Silicon Chips, Transmitter, decoder and encoder.

In this different signals used like electroencephalography, electric, radio-frequency, electrode, analog and digital signals and also band pass filters, amplifiers, antenna and Wi-Fi.

To processing of this paper different algorithms used like Pattern Recognition for matching, Fast Fourier algorithm for digital recording and heuristic algorithm for learning and reading brain signals.

Brain Computer Interface research began in the 1970s at the University of California, Los Angels (UCLA), a grant from the NSF(National Science Foundation), followed by a contract from DARPA. Mr Berger used this device (Silver Wires) and he inserted this device under the scalp after he used Silver Foils attached to the human head by rubber bandages. He connected these sensors to a Siemans double coil recording Galvanometer. But this interface needs surgery to store brain signals. To avoid that, externally insert a chip anywhere on the body parts. But in all body parts, Ear are the best part to receive the brain signals because there is direct connection between nerves and ear. The Brain Reader chip is inserted at upper part of the ear. Once it is inserted externally it starts the recording of electroencephalography signals generated by brain. These recorded signals taken by the transmitter where it is connected to system. Those signals are decoded into digital signals and these are again encoded into text format that is Unicode Text format. Now that text is displaying on E-mail interface directly i.e. compose body. Once how much of data is required up to that maintain connection between chip and device. If mailing text is over then remove the transmitter from the device. Like that remove the chip which is inserting in the upper part of the ear. In this we are not at all typing the text, so automatically work reduced and improves efficiency.

The digital communication is rapidly changed day by day. According to that technologies are also updated to communicate among people. The advantage of this device is having the capabilities of conventional input devices but which is in compact and convenient hands free devices. By this device a person can invisibly also do his mailings even though he is in other activities. No need of hand operated devices in upcoming decades. It is now used in mailing interface only. In future it is going to be used in IDE environments without writing the programs also. Without carrying credit cards/debit cards, simply in brain if you read the pin number automatically transaction will be done.

Conclusion

In conclusion, based on the discussion presented in this paper, it appears that E-Mail system is going to be work with this device. By this we can reduce the typing work and improves the efficiency of mailing system. Lay-Man can also use email facility very easily. It will take less time with comparatively existing email system. We can avoid hours of sitting in front of system to transfer emails. It will work with wireless. This work can be extended to completely eliminate the use of keyboards in all domains.
