Television shows serve many purposes in our society. Other than serving as an entertainment source, television series have the ability to influence lifestyle habits. Although not everything that is taken from a T.V. series will be productive or progressive, you can learn how to handle or approach several situations through seeing it beforehand on television. Trailer Park Boys is a thirteen series show networked by showcase and more recently Netflix. It’s a show that is taken place in a trailer park neighborhood in Nova Scotia, Canada. Many people can vouch that the show has no actual meaning and can be seen as a way to waste time, but as an avid follower of the show, I am certain that there are positive lessons to be taken. Every show has its own lessons to interpret. It is solely based on a person's perception on what they learn from a particular show.

In spite of the fact that little-known in the United States, Trailer Park Boys is a standout amongst the most mainstream programs ever of Canadian Television. The show has offered a mockumentary window into the lives of a bunch of trifling citizens in a Nova Scotia trailer park. As one main character clarifies, is the program is "kinda like COPS, yet from a criminal's perspective". Trailer Park Boys plainly plays the crazy criminal plans and outrageous experiences of Sunnyvale Trailer Parks all stars, Julian, Ricky, and Bubbles. They survive on an eating routine of cheap alcohol, pepperoni and chicken strips

While Trailer Park Boys attracts simple correlations with other circumstance comedies doing with financial class but, it contrasts from them in two huge ways. The first is, its mockumentary authenticity. Where the normal sitcom plays its thin plots and persevering scenes on a best in class studio soundstage before a live crowd, Trailer Park Boys was, until Season Six, shot completely on area at three diverse Nova Scotia trailer parks, in a coarse narrative style that is somewhat a matter of spending plan, and halfway a matter of outline. The show looks and feels strikingly like what its gathered to be, a modest narrative of trailer stop life aggregated by novice intruders, for reasons that are never clarified. The second distinction between Trailer Park Boys and other projects is the characters' firm perspectives.

The show takes after the three heroes in their misfortunes and cash making schemes. The main characters are poor, white, moderately aged men who are single for the greater part of the show. Julian is the brains of the activity, Ricky is a devoted supporter, and Bubbles is some assistance while being the voice of reason. Julian plays a role in relatively every scene of the show, and he truly is insightful. While in prison, he makes up for lost time with his reading, including a book on switch brain science, which he utilizes on resident of the trailer park. Ricky is a forceful, unintelligent man who's solitary expertise is developing large amounts of dope.

Sunnyvale Trailer Park is a completely acknowledged neighborhood with an unmistakably characterized social chain of power. The Park owner, Barb Lahey, administers undetectably through clever control of her ex and Park Supervisor, Jim Lahey, an ex-cop who was thrown off of the force for being caught intoxicated on the job. Sunnyvale trailer park is “shitbox” of residents that have to work as a unit to keep their community running. The director of the show quotes, “Among other things, humour provides hope, and a series like Trailer Park Boys raises the possibility that, as the cultural mainstream becomes increasingly toxic, only on the margins (as subculture) will community be possible.” Despite all the gun fighting, stealing, and general debauchery, the strength of family ties. Julian, Ricky, and Bubbles are a family, and they look out for each other.

This show isn’t something to watch with family, it’s something to watch while you’re eating McDonald’s on the couch after a long day at school. The characters begin to rub off a familiarity, almost as if they are your friends. The actions portrayed during the entirety of the series lying, stealing, violence, drugs, drinking, etc, could have negative impacts on a child or tween watching this show. As a student in college, watching this show with my pledge brothers is a great way to unwind. It’s also a good reminder to stay in school, or you could find yourself living in a trailer park.
