More time is spent on the block to achieve high efficiency in security, because counterbalancing the double expenditure of attacks is needed by the block. After a gap of two weeks, bitcoin production rate is adjusted automatically. It uses cryptographic hash SHA256. It acts as a solution to order the execution blocks.
