Now a days, We doesn't know how to start to have a healthy lifestyle because of many struggles. Because in our new generation we live together with a help of technology. That is why technology has a big affection in our healthy lifestyle the best example is having a social media. Some times we waste a lot of time when we used a social media therefore we doesn't notice that there is a one meal we skip because of being busy in using of social media. Technologies can affect our healthy lifestyle we became lazy in other outdoors activities. That is why our body has not enough exercise.
There is no wrong to use a technology and social media but we should know that there is a limit. What comes to your mind when you hear the word healthy life style? For me, that is important thing we should have to do. We need to care ourselves because we all know that this body which can use in our daily lives is lend in our God. That is why we are supposed to take care this body. Why do we need to eat healthy foods? For me, To make it simply healthy foods can produced a lot of vitamins in our body to have a strong immune system and also to prevent in many sickness. Do you think is it important of being fit? What is the importance of fitness? For me as a student we should be responsible in our body to maintain our weight because there is a lot of benefit of having a fit body.
We can easily do anything without hesitation. Being fit help us to have a confident in others and also help our mental health because of when we are doing of any kind of workout it helps to relax our mind and relieve our stress. But some of us are busy and they are not enough time to take some workout but if you want to change your lifestyle set a goal or set a schedule for your self for the sake of your healthy. There is a lot of benefit of having a living healthy lifestyle. Because of that there is a big chance to extent our life longer. Special part of having a healhty lifestyle are those following. Eating healty foods especially, Vegetables and Fruits and other rich and vitamins need by our body. We are supposed to eat healthy foods to make our body healthy. Drink a lot of water, we need to drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day to make our body hydrated. Proper Exercise and Diet, our body needs an energy that is why proper exercises is one of most helpful to have us an energy body. Also exercise make flexible our body and Proper Diet is help us to have a limitation in our favorite foods and proper diet has benefit of avoiding in cholesterol. Avoid drinking alcohol because there is no such a good thing to bring, many disease will you have if you drink alcohol. Many of your body will have a failure once you drinking alcohol also avoid using cigarette.
Cigarette can cause a cancer and many failure in your body organs. And lastly discipline in sleeping, we are suppposed to take a rest sleep more than 7-10 hours can boost your energy and tendency to has a full energy tommorow you wake up. Also sleeping helps you to makes you younger. While still have a time to improve our self. It's better to start now a new habitats and healthy lifestyle and take care our self when our body are still strong and young.
