There are more than one in five people qualifying as obesity, by 2030 a predestined 38% of the world’s adult population will be overweight and another 20% will be obese.
Obesity is the state that the person is overweight. There are so many health risks that happen due to over-weight such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Obesity has effects not only physical and health effects, but also it affects in the way that obese lives. For instance, some obese people are a shamed from themselves and don't feel comfortable with their bodies; as a result, the prefer to not go out and stay alone; and that might lead to depression. So, this paragraph will discuss the process of losing weight. First, the person who has obesity must know, why he/she is going to lose weight. the person who has obesity must put the risks in considering that if he/she doesn't change their lifestyle they will be at high risk. Next, the person who has obesity after losing some weight will see the life from another side. For example, when he/she is obese after going upstairs they feel that they can't breathe, but if they were fit they will go upstairs easily. Second, starting a diet to reduce your weight.
The diet will be step by step. For example, lowering the amount of sugar you eat per day let's say that you put with the tea 5 sugar spoons it will become 3. After that, you will start eating one healthy meal per day, at the same time you start walking 10 min a day. Then, you will start eating 2 healthy meal, and the 2 healthy meal are the breakfast and the dinner or the lunches and dinner. Until you have used to it then you will start eating healthy food 6 day a week and a day off, moreover, you will increase the physical exertion so it will be 2 hours.
After you start losing weight that can be observed you will start buying new clothes. The most important thing is to continue doing the diet and the sports. In addition, if you increase the physical exertion, you must increase the meal it will be 3 mean meal and 2 snacks.
In conclusion, your weight affects your health and your lifestyle. Therefore, there are three major things to loss-weight you must be mentally prepared, change your way of eating, doing a physical exertion. So, the risks of having diabetes, heart disease, and cancer will be low. However, following these steps will make you able to reduce your weight in a way that is easy to follow.
