The Meaning of No Homework Policy

What a weekend with bond and relaxation? After schools being stress-free? Isn`t it more convenient spending happiness than stressing ourselves over and over again everyday? We should be spending our time at home with things like doing ants,listening to music,playing sports,having quality time with our family and etc.

Is doing homework furthering or not? For me? Its stressing me out. Let me ask you! What is the main purpose of school? School is learning environment where all the school related work should be done such as learning and teaching. Homework being unfinished business in school also reduces social interaction among student`s home and this no homework policy promotes an active socialization over peers and other,so i`m in!

First,imagine,we stay for about 8 hours in school everyday or 40 hours a week. So, all the school work be finished with that given span of time under school premises. There should be no homework. Homework increases the students stress level and lower their physical and emotional health. It is a burden to student if the homework is too difficult. And when are you going to do your homework? Especially to those who have far houses from schools. Because me,it almost take an hour to get home. Isn`t it tiring? No! Because it is really tiring. Everytime homework pops in my head,it makes me wanna lay down in my bed but I cannot! I need to do such thing for my grade. As a student having an active participation in school,we need to unwind,refresh,relax and ready ourselves for every other day. And according to Minister of Education in Finland, being the ank 1 in global education rank,our brain has to relax now and then, cause if you do constantly work,work,work, and work, then you stop learning and theres no use of doing that for a longer period of time. Therefore, there should be no extension of bringing home school-related works and there should be no existence of homework. As home being a placd to take rest after a long tiry day at school,there should be NO TAKE HOME!

Second, homework is a class issue,everyone in school is equal but at home,some has an advancement because of lack having books and computers that can provide much more than ones can. But how about students having no one to help them with homework? They remain at their least. It is being unfair as homework affects on grade as it was recorded. In relevance to this,some school and countriesdo not bother with the homework at all. Studies shows that homework acts nothing to standardize the scores of students.no studies has ever found link between homework and better tet result. International comparison of all students has found no positive relationship among homework and average test result. So, why do we need homework?

In addition, students should engage with the teacher to learn. Not everybody, especially with low retension can remember the topic discussed in school. If doing homework,they do not get guided,they learn wrong concepts. And I knew this was true with my experiens and maybe you also did. Being unguided sometimes makes taughtless during my juniors day,that I can`t answer my assignment without the teachers guide.

Having presented all my reasons and side,therefore I conclude it is right to passed the senate bill billed by senator Grace Poe,to banned homework leading to no homework policy because of the reasons; students need to take break,homework does not have any impact nor connections with the positive test result,and foremost,homework has been every stressful whenever loaded.
