Throughout the spring semester of 2018 at West Texas A&M, I did manage to pick up a lot of new content with the human mind and various places such as personalities in the class “Human Behavior”, Psychology-2315. To be honest, I really did enjoy the class and the amount of discussions that has been involved in each chapter and the time I took to look myself to see where I’m at and what i need to work on during that time span. Such as building up my foundation and a possibility of rethinking and/or strategize my core and moral values as a person. It’s really not about me in the long run in all honesty, it’s about what you can do for your friends, God, and whatnot instead of being selfish and a prick in the meantime like some people who I actually know that are like that. Other factors such as various circumstances and different sets of beliefs out there in this to decide how a person’s behaves and the method that one uses to pursue happiness and for the future.

. The few things that I am going to put to use in life whether or not it’s for my sake or not would involve intimate relationships, happiness, and meanings/values. These factors at least by my eyes are part of the key ingredients towards life itself, whereas intimate relationships are a different benefactor due to kinds of people you tend to spend time with and such. Friends who are there for you, want to hang out, want to help you become the person that you meant to me, spend time with you through shared activities and values, etc. If you don’t have those, then a lot of conflict will tend to occur later in life and how we effectively communicate with one another varies. These factors are the ones to help me decide not only on my career environment as well as a chance to start my business later down the line. “When we achieve intimacy with another person, we feel almost as if we are known and understood by the other person, further signs are giving and receiving emotional support, as well as a desire for further the welfare of the loved one as well as sharing oneself and possessions with the significant other (Alexander, 2010, pg 285)”. This isn’t built in one day as does happiness and other values.

Another virtue to see and reconsidered from this course involves happiness, where it involves emotional well-being as well as the road to happiness develops over time throughout history and how one takes the path to their desires of happiness. “Though happiness is a target we strive for, the problem is coming to a realization that we cannot attain happiness once and for all and/or forever, as it is a result in a part of the way we live our life everyday(Alexander, 2010, pg. 389)” The way that we life our life towards happiness, it’s not for others to even begin with as we all have a free will of our own. We have our own needs and happiness that needs to tend to in the long run. Something which I’m going to use in the future towards my own as well as my close friends, a grey area or a balance that I am able to improvise in when necessary because it’s really not about my butt to begin with.

In the conclusion of the course ending, I can admit that I have learned a few things from taking this course. It is also important to at least get an idea of these features to understand yourself better, to learn, and to grow towards a brighter future as a person as well. As well as taking some amount of time to be there for your friends when they are in need. It may seem like some type of hassle and/or a struggle to deal with that is outside your comfort zone and doings, but it is very rewarding towards the end. It is not something that can be done in one day., which is also another reason I liked taking this class.
