The Right to Information Act (RTI) is an Act of the Parliament of India “to accommodate setting out the commonsense administration of ideal to data for subjects” and replaces the recent Freedom of data Act, 2002. The Act applies to all States and Union Territories of India aside from Jammu and Kashmir. The candidate for RTI asks for the required data inside the meaning of data gave in Right to Information Act. The majority of the data is select in nature. In any case, there are no such comprehensive and selective components for data exposure in shriek blowing. The shriek blower considers such data for revelation which significantly hurts the general wellbeing and security.

RTI gives idealize stage to shriek blowing. Numerous RTI activists have been undermined to death. The shriek blowers security Act does exclude the arrangement to ensure RTI activists for their RTI exposures (G Sampath 2014)

Secondly, all RTI activists can be considered as shriek blowers be that as it may, all shriek blowers are not predominantly being called RTI activists. The RTI activists are those continually battling against defilement. They can be noted much of the time in the media as well. Though the shriek blowers are among the normal open, who suddenly battle against the wrongful demonstration in their work put.

A portion of the prominent shriek blowers are Satyendra Dubey, Shanmugham Manjunath. They are normally and ideally unknown contenders. The RTI activists utilize the formal system as said during the time spent RTI Act for getting the data, though the shriek blowers get data casually by their perception. The data acquired by RTI candidate is auxiliary, while the data got by shriek blower generally is essential. Along these lines, RTI can be characterized as getting formal data through formal means and closure with generally casual or even with formal revelations. Shriek blowing can be characterized as knowing casual data through casual means and closure with formal or casual exposures. Both RTI Act and Whistle Blower Protection Act look for the personality of candidate and source as if there should arise an occurrence of RTI and shriek blowing separately.
