The Safety of The Drivers

This experiment or hypothesis is the safety of the drivers or who drives when the driver text or not. In this particular case we can have two variants of results, one, see how the driver handles carefully and without causing problems to pedestrians or himself if he does not use text or speak while driving and two, to determine how dangerous it is to text and drive through the establishment of specific situations related to this action. Factors to intervene would be the cell phone.

Experimental units and procedures: Drivers (two of them) one with a telephone, the other without a telephone and evaluate the results. After everything is in place, the drivers or people who are going to test the hypotheses or theories do what is established, and the outcomes are evaluated. After taking into account the statistics, the results are evaluated, and patterns are set for each case according to the chosen design and how it fits the situation studied. If necessary, it is required to expand or modify the plan about the results we want to observe to obtain the appropriate conclusions.

The variables in each of the scenarios determine the changes, in each case, (in my opinion) the participants should be equals, and the only difference should be the use of the telephone. Because that is the aspect been evaluated, participants inequality of physical, mental, cognitive and other conditions that are only differentiated by the use of a cell phone while they handle. It is imperative that we become aware and not text or talk on the phone while driving. These actions related to the use of telephones while we handle can create a dangerous situation, and possibly with fatal results.

Driving and using the cell phone causes distraction and prevents paying attention to the things that the vehicles around you do (Example: cars that brake suddenly or emergency vehicles, police that come from behind and we need to make movements to pass) It is difficult to see pedestrians crossing the street. Text messages while driving are the primary cause of accidents and can have fatal consequences. Every time you do any of these activities, you take your eyes off the road / street you are driving.

Currently in Florida (the state where we live are implementing measures to reduce the incidence of this type of situations.) It should be established as a rule that every time we go to use the cell phone to text or talk we must leave the street or road and park in a safe place to use this tool.
