Every organization needs to put in place crucial measures where there is need to develop a greater understanding on the underlying focus on development of positive strategies that can improve its operational environment. It is important to develop customer-centered strategies in order to improve the organization performance based on customer preferences. Management therefore need to put in place better measures where the workplace environment can be highly engaged in promoting growth. The role of employees is crucial to the overall wellbeing of any business. The airline industry is very sensitive and requires high-level focus where there is need to ensure employee satisfaction in order to focus on customer satisfaction since it is easier to have customer satisfaction when employees are committed to their workplaceenvironment where higher level of satisfaction can be achieved. This paper provides a significant on different strategies that have been put in place by the SingaporeAirlines with a major focus on their commitment to improve workplace environment as well promoting customer-centered service.

Successful organizations are developed based on string management which plays a key role in creating a highly organization operational environment. Competency is a key issue, which separate between a strong organizational management and weak management since they put in place varying strategies, which they hope to have a successful influence on organizational performance. Singapore airlines has been in the industry since 1972 and thus being in a position to finish that long within the airline industry which is very competitive and risky, means that that the company has been able to incorporate crucial management strategies which have ensured that it remains operational. The existing need is therefore to develop a strategic management objectives which will aim to ensure that the organization is developed on strong management principles with a specific focus to able successful within the industry (Wheelen & Hunger, 2017).

The airline industry is very competitive and sensitive which means that there is need forSingaporeairlines to develop strategic engagement on its operations in order to maximize its brand identity as one of the best airline based on the quality service delivery. The major way that the company can ensure sustained dominance within the industry is to ensure that employees and customers are highly satisfied with measures that the company has put in place. The company should highly focus on its strengths in the market to improve its overall business development plan. Since the strengths form the basis under which better measures can be effectively developed to create a high-level focus in ensuring that there are better policies where organizational success can be guaranteed (Peteraf, Gamble & Thompson Jr, 2014).

Strategic positioning within the industry is an important development process that the company should focus integrating into its operational environment under which it will be able to have a greater market share within the industry. The strategic positioning in this case will be based on the differentiated engagement within the company performance. Strategic presence therefore integrates a number of key strategies which can ensure that the organization is highly engaged especially considering the fact that the industry is highly competitive which means that even a small improvement will have a significant influence on organizational performance. Thus, the company should ensure that there are no mistakes in its operational environment through recruitment of highly competent staff in various positions within the organization (David & David, 2015).Human resource management is always involved in ensuring that they are hiring the right person for a given job by basing on important aspects including academics, skills and experience. However, it is not always a difficult process, which needs proper attention. The recruiting process therefore seeks to recruit the high highly qualified individual for the task. It is also important to ensure that an individual being recruited has the ability to adapt to the organizations culture and structure.

Marketing provides a critical influence within any business organization and thus there is significant need to ensure that as a business better mechanisms are put into consideration to ensure that the marketing strategy that is put into consideration is effective. The current business environment is critical especially considering the existing technological transformation within the business environment. Technological changes have really revolutionized the marketing in many business organization since in order to remain competitive, better mechanisms have to be put in place to ensure positive engagement within the target audience. Marketing is broad and thus the choice of the marketing strategy will depend with the company target market. Implementation of a multiple marketing and advertising strategy will ensure that the company engages diverse target market who may opt to use their services since it depends with how appealing an advertisement is developed in order to have the desired impact among the possible customers (Eden & Ackermann, 2013).

Customer centered operational strategy is a key aspect that needs to inform the decisions that are being made by the organization. Customer centered operational strategy in this will seek to ensure that the Singapore airlines identifies its specific target audience in order to develop specific strategies which aims at attracting the target audience to the company services. A key aspect that needs to be developed in this case is to ensure that the Singaporeairlines brand remains flawless as well having quick positive customer relations which would be able to create a better environment under which it would be possible to develop a high level of engagement within the industry. Customer service defines customer loyalty and thus developing customer loyalty is a significant gain for the company as it seeks to improve on its market share within the airline industry where it will be able to expand its operations (Goetsch & Davis, 2014).
