Now to recap the importance of this job for theater. A customer researches the required styles and clothes that are needed for the time and place. They also assist the costume designer with making sketches that are authentic. If theater didn't have customers the costumes that actors would wear would be different and not right for the time and place they are acting. Also if there is no customers the costume designer can't make sketches and costumes that are believable for the story the actors are playing. They wouldn't be able to get the needed resources for their pays and stages. This is why we need customers, they are the main reason that plays are still in one piece and not messed up of the costumes for the play actors are in. Customers are needed for many things in the theatre, my name is Sebastian foote, and I did my theater occupation about the costumer.
